They gave me sweet tea when asking for unsweetened, at the checkout I corrected her to unsweetened tea. She brought sweet tea, so I asked for an unsweetened again, she went and got another tea for me but again it was sweet, finally we told her no sugar instead of unsweetened and she understood. Food was hot and good, place was clean.

There is a wonderful young man who works the register in the drive thru named Johnny, at the McDonald's on rt. 31 and rt. 176. Ah WOW!! Every time without fail, Johnny is friendly, happy, kind, and delivers it all with a smile on his face. And always professional. His parents clearly raised this young man correctly. He's a hard worker, and his entire demeanor is refreshing. If a managerial position opens up, serious consideration should be given to Johnny for the role. Great work ethic, great job Johnny!!

Not happy. Go every work day morning and pick up lg unsweetened iced tea. Someone put sweet tea in both dispensers. Time before work was running short so I had to leave. Went back at lunchtime and ordered lunch and got my tea. When I tried to get a refill, they said the owner no longer allows refills. So, the price went up $.10 and no refill. It would’t hurt McDonalds to offer a .25 refill. I already bought the cup!I’m taking my lunch back to Culver’s! At least they off free refills and have delicious treats!

Visited around 9pm before heading to visit my grandma at the hospital. The guy at the window was friendly and asked how my day was. I explained where I was headed and he wished me and her the best and was absolutely wonderful. I didn't catch his name, but it was absolutely appreciated after the day I had.

Terrible experience. Bad food, bad customer service. I showed up at 10:50pm. When I tried to order at the window they said we are closed, but they are supposed to be open till 11pm. I placed order through Mcdonald's app and it worked. How was I able to place the order through app if they were closed you ask? Because they purposely didn’t want to take the order so they can go home early! They were concerned I was going to have large order. after saying, they were closed they said maybe they can take the order if it is fries. I ordered McChicken sandwich. The sandwich was bad, lettuce was soggy, mayo was leaking, it was too hot I burned my tongue and lips.I reached out to the restaurant spoke with Kevin, he gave me bunch of excuses. After that I reached out to corporate spoke with Alexandra she gave me excuses as well. This is a terrible Mcdonald’s.

Drive thru line does get busy and line moves slowly.
Everything feel out of my sandwich as soon as I picked it up. Lettuce and tomato seemed as if they threw it on the sandwich. Also overly applied sauce on the sandwich which made the bread soggy.
