TL DR: Our order was wrong and the kitchen staff purposefully hung up on us twice when we called about the special instructions on our online order.The 1st time I called, their outsourced ordering department transferred me to the kitchen. It rang, they answered, they hung up. I figured it was faulty line or something. I called back a 2nd time, the woman from the ordering department stayed on the phone while she was transferring me to the kitchen. She said I'd successfully been connected to the kitchen, and I heard a new male voice confirming. She said goodbye, hung up, I said hello to the kitchen staff, and then he hung up on me too.When we picked up the order, there were no other customers and only 3 orders on the monitor screen, including ours. It was not busy at all. And sure enough, our order was wrong. Won't be goin to this location anymore unless I see a "Under new management" sign outside

I felt so bad for the poor woman running the store. My order never was sent to them while I was there. Another man came back he had gotten the wrong order. The manager of the store, a woman was overwhelmed with the amount of orders and the lack of help. I felt so bad for the poor woman. She can hardly hear and was doing the best she could but there was a line of five people behind me and nobody was happy, whoever owns this franchise needs to do better buys employees and customers . Will never order them again. All I hope is that poor woman running the store on the night of March 1 is being paid well for her frustration and the lack of help.

PIZZA WAS TERRIBLE! We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and cheesy breadsticks for delivery this past Friday night. We get pizza almost every Friday night and recently moved from the west coast and have been looking for something besides deep dish. We used to enjoy occasionally getting Pizza Hut so decided to give it a try, assuming we’d get similar quality to what we’ve had in the past. WRONG. This was quite possibly the WORST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD. For starters, they don’t tell you you’re ordering via DoorDash on their website until the order is complete. We generally don’t use third party sites like that, as the food tends to arrive cold. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold (surprise!) and the pizza crusts were like cardboard - rock hard and completely flavorless. The wings were gross and the breadsticks had so much seasoning they were almost inedible - it was almost like the top to the shaker had fallen off when they shook the herbs on top of the cheese. To top it all off, the marinara for the breadsticks was so strange-tasting that nobody would eat it! It was sweet and tasted “off” in a way we couldn’t put our finger on. We spent almost $60 on a dinner that mostly went into the trash can. Extremely disappointing. We will not be ordering again.

Online chat only offered a few coupons and advised to work with “contact us” option, which I was having issues with - which is why I went with Facebook messenger chat to being with.Parking: N/a

I ordered 14" thin crust pizza with extra cheese $33! Ridiculous but I've had surgery and not able to drive. The cheese was barely visible!! There was a white color but cheese? Non existent! We used to take our family to the restaurant. This is a disgrace! Never again
Ordered delivery on the PizzaHut website. Food was delivered by a wonderful DoorDasher named William who was very pleasant and engaging. Food was absolutely delicious (ordered the Melts and Cinnabon) and arrived on time and at the perfect temperature. Was very satisfied with all of the communication I received about my order. Thank you!!

Awful everytime. You can count on it. We've had deliveries that didn't arrive, had a time where the old lady there said she got our order but just didn't feel like doing ours so she just ignored it while our family sat at home waiting for it to arrive. And theres no way to contact them short of going in. And if you go in they just shrug. Surprised this place is even open anymore

I have had major issues with this location 2x and there will not be a 3rd. Cant seem to handle the weekend rush and end up with 10-15 people crammed in their lobby waiting for their food upset. No sense of order on talking to or getting your food. Just an udder disaster of a location.Do yourself a favor and drive to algonquin. 10 minute drive sucks but its better than potentially sitting there with 10 people upset for an hour waiting on food.
