This is the best fast food ever. The chicken is alright, but the sweet tea and ALL the side options make up for it. 10/10 would recommend. The service keeps on getting better every time I come!

I have been a big fan of Popeyes and I was there for the opening of this location in Crystal Lake, however the service at this location has been slowly but surely declining. I feel like the employees do not want to work and they are inconvenienced by your order. I will not go back to this location and sadly, I think the location in Woodstock is owned by the same people. I will have to find another Chicken place.

Worst food ever!!!! They can never get the order right. Something is always missing from my order. Today, I Ordered 3 combo meals, a fish sandwich(individual) and three apple pies. I only received the 4 piece combo, was missing the chicken nugget combo and the surf and turf meal. Shame on you Popeyes, 2/3 of my order missing. The food that was received was subpar considering Popeyes food reputation. Why won’t you answer your phone?Pissed off consumer.

Went through drive thru last night, waited about 20 mins with 2 cars in front of me, they took my order and when i got to the window they told me they closed most of the stations down so they couldnt make my order. I asked when do they start closing down couldnt get a clear answer was told 8 or 9. I was there at 845 when they close at 10. Terrible service.

The food and drive-thru service were excellent, but I was surprised to find that the restaurant was not allowing customers to dine in after 6 pm on a Thursday, apparently due to a shortage of staff. It seems there may be broader issues that need addressing, such as budgeting for payroll, staffing levels, and operational hours. It might be wise to consider evaluating those at the top of the organization, whether corporate, the owner, or the management, because leadership decisions significantly impact these areas.

This is the first time I’ve went to a Popeyes and got great service, fresh hot food and clean environment. Got my food in ten minutes. I ordered 10 pc family meal and 14 pc tender meal. Christine and her coworker got me in and out in 10 minutes. Christine was very friendly. Greeted me, thanked me and I wish all Popeyes had service like this.

Wanted to order the spicy chicken 10 piece dinner, however, it looked dry as if sitting for a long time so went with the regular chicken. The chicken was bland lacking flavor. The potato side comes with Cajun gravy, which was just 'ok'. The Biscuits were underdone and hard. Nothing was hot, rather barely luke warm. All in all a poor experience, don't expect to eat there again.
