Stayed at this hotel twenty plus days off & on in the last few months having the breakfast every morning which is really good when they are on time; starts at 6am but rarely ready then. Had dinner at restaurant many times and food is for the most part very good with few complaints. Reasonably priced, well prepared and service, more often than not, adequate but not spectacular. However, having a bill that is inaccurate doesn't sit well with me and when you question it, get a half hearted "oh, I'm sorry" makes you feel like a cheapskate for calling it out. As an IHG Spire elite member perhaps I expect a little better treatment especially when they offer me complimentary drink and snack for my loyalty. I would love to have given them at least four stars for the quality/taste of the meals but sub par service doesn't deserve it. Enjoy the food / value and hope you get the service as well.

Have been to several shows there. The health fare was great and well thought out very informative. Was there for the fashion shows, food was outstanding and very organized.

We had the best time here it was myself daughter and son Travis and the waitress we and including the the other ones that helped us made our stay so enjoyable we had a serious family emergency and they understand and we're very respectful to our needs hope some how we can keep in touch I will be out again and will definitely stay there food and service was so awesome from all the staff including front desk top star hotel thank your employees for helping us through a rough situation 5 stars
A simple, fast business breakfast with a nice view of water. Big windows; friendly service.

The over all hotel is great just two things the darker drapes in the room don't close all the way and when you clean a room you should remove the trash. Other then those two things great place. the first part of this post was before the front desk manager over the weekend the 9th and 10th of september was very rude. ok yes i get it you had computer problems we understand that as guest but when you are very rude to your guest they get angry. it is all about attitude. then locking my stuff in the room not cool. then saying we are totally book umm i know of one room that is free ti is the one i have. just bad bad service won't be back.

We were guests at the Holiday Inn in CL. For two mornings we were treated like guests by two of the waitstaff. Silvano and Becky are the best. They took care of us from beginning to end. We will be back! Thank You!
