Never gotten a Smoothie this bad can't even drink it, huge ice chunk, I asked for a banana chia boost Xtra peanutbutter. Don't even taste the peanutbutter it's literally all ice and chia!

I really like the food, however, orders can get messed up A LOT. Most of the time there’s tomato in my wrap when I say no tomato, I still eat it anyway it’s not the worst, but it’s just a simple repetitive issue of not reading the ticket. Now when you go when it’s busy, I had my smoothie messed up twice. Second time I threw it out and just walked out.I recommend the place and the food as it’s really good when it’s right, but training and or care could use improvement for some workers.

At least once a week my order is made incorrectly.Now again i have to go another day of work without lunch, thanks... first time understandable but were at around 12 mess ups, same order same time everyday.Guess ill go somewhere

I went there at 11 am and I got a banana crunch flatbread like I usually do. It's usually warm and filled with the ingredients that come with it but this time it was cold and barely filled. The bread was soggy from the banana being in there so long; the food must have been at least an hour old. Overall my experience here today has been very negative. They also spell my friends name wrong everytime he goes there even though he spells it out.

Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite eating places ever. The inside it’s neatly done and does an Amazing job of fitting its theme. I love the Chicken Chorizo Wrap although it’s not always available. The smoothes are always perfectly done.
I wish I could rate this with no stars because I had a horrible, frustrating experience. When I came in around 6:30 Nov 1st there was one worker making smoothies for a group of 4. Another worker was standing near the back talking with a friend, laughing and having fun. Nobody said welcome or anything. Being my first time there i waited in the line behind the people waiting for there order because I saw the big pick up sign by the register. The friend left and the second worker came to help finish the order. The first worker finished making what she was working on and went to stand by the register still without saying a word. Then another girl came in and nobody said a word to her either until she went by the register asking the girl a few questions. The second girl finished what she was making and the group of 4 left. Still nobody said a word to me. I then heard the girl by the cashier taking an order from the girl that came in after me so I asked the other girl why she's taking her order when she came in after me and I've been waiting this entire time. Instead of apologizing or anything, the worker at the register said well I never went by the register. I explained that the sign said pick up so I thought I had to order at the other end. Then I said nobody said anything or asked if they could help me. The first time at a new place you may need assistance and not attitude and rudeness. She said her name was Morgan if that's her true name.

First time here on a Saturday 10/28 at 7:30pm the two ladies at the front very pleasant and very welcoming. Food was great compared to other tropical cafe. I am 30 mins away …. Wouldn’t mind to drive back here. Thank you for great

I've been to nearly 100 Tropical Smoothie Cafe's around the country and I can honestly say that this location is the best one with the highest quality of service and product. I once had a order mixup and the manager Chloe went above and beyond to remedy the order mixup. I definitely recommend stopping in and enjoying this location.
First time here over all great experience. Way better and more fresh than Smoothie King and Jamba Juice. Employees here work together as a team and I love to see that. Employee Janelle was very sweet and helpful (it’s only her second week too!) if i could give 10 stars I would. Shout out to manager of store as well. Will be coming back.

I love tropical especially this one, but I was disappointed a few days ago. My girlfriend and i had been wait long all day and no food due to work… we got smoothies from tropical. A sunrise sunset, and an island green. We called each other the next morning because BOTH of us were having a few issues in which are body wasn’t NOT agreeing with what we we had or ingested. I called the next morning because this clearly was abnormal and they were the only place we had all day. When I called the girl sounded apologetic but then proceeded to tell me ”well I’m in medical school and I know food poisoning needs 24 hours” !?!?! I didn’t even assume that. All I know is my friend and I both got sick and they were the only place we had. We said we would get a call back but I never received one. This is the last place I go to when I have an issue somewhere but it was NOT resolved.
