I laud the owners in their adding this type of venue to the burbs. The service staff very good and professional. The menu likewise is mirroring that of typical places. Menu execution is slightly underwhelming. The Cacio Pepe is a subtle dish which here in attempt at uniqueness had gnocchi swimming in an overload of sauce barely resembling the taste of an original dish. Sometimes trying to put your stamp on a classic dish just falls short. Q points for trying though. Steak and salmon salads were nicely finished. Cuban sliders as another try were a bit dry and not with the Cuban punch of Sabor. Ambiance is very nice. Would go back and other dishes as the owners deserve more than just my one experience.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. It took over an hour from when the first person in our party received food until the last did. We barely saw our waiter, and he left with no word before we finished eating. The service was really disappointing.

Let me start off saying that the waiter Zack was amazing. That part of the whole dining experiment. Made reservations got there 5 minutes early. Walked completely through the restaurant to the very back room. Sitting almost in the kitchen while other tables were open in the front. Pricing is outrageous for what you get. Ordered an appetizer and two dinners and a couple of drinks. The food comes out when it's ready, so we got the advertiser, Four minutes later my wife's food came ten minutes later my thirteen absolutely ridiculous ..

My friend and I went to vine and plate on Friday night after work. We wanted a nice glass of wine and an old-fashioned. We walked in at around 10 o'clock knowing that vine and plate was advertised as being open until 11. We were met by a very rude bartender, who basically ignored us and literally moved us from our seats at the bar to seats farther down the bar because he was cleaning the bar. He then proceeded to clean the tables around us. We finally got a drink order in after about 10 minutes. I asked him what time they closed and he said well we're winding down and I said well it says you don't close until 11 and he said well the kitchen is closed so we're we're probably going to close early.. He was very very rude and we were treated horribly and we will never go back.

Initially we were seated right inside the front door on a blustery COLD night. It was a wind storm each time the door was opened. Luckily we were able to be moved further back into the restaurant and we had a delightful experience then. The food was excellent! We enjoyed all our choices!! Drinks also good! Our server Jesus was top of the list!!

Thursday night wine special is a bonus. My favorite app is the vegan scallops! 10/10 woulsd recommend. The ambiance and service is always excellent. Perfect date night spot or place to grab dinner with friends! Definitely one of my favorite spots for dinner with friends!

We enjoy eating here for all the obvious reasons but we are begging for a better exhaust system to be installed. Our eyes are burning during and after dinner, even if we aren't seated in the back room, and our clothes smell like the kitchen. We know other people who like everything about this place but the exhaust and it's such a shame for this to be the reason not to eat here. Fingers crossed owner will read this and look into this!!
I was not actually in the restaurant tonight. It is my son and daughter in loves anniversary ❤️. I knew they were going there and I called ahead and arranged to have their meal paid in advance. Anthony was the Perfect co-conspirator. Of course it was a little difficult without him knowing what they look like. BUT, it was a huge success, a great surprise and was just really fun. A million thanks to Anthony. He made it all happen and I really appreciate it!!Parking: Pretty much on the street.
Food was good, the garlic wings were absolutely delicious. Very juicy and flavorful.Had a peach Moscato that was yummy as well.My only issue with the place was, we made a reservation and then they tried to put us at a table where literally the band was up against it.Like we couldn't use half the table because the band was right next to the pushed in chairs.So had to sit at the bar which was fine but made conversation hard. Besides that service was good and food was better

Cuban sliders are a delicious must have. Even if they aren't really Cubans they are fantastic. Goat Cheese crostini, carrot cake were good too. But the Brussel sprouts were in need of salt. Pretty bland. Service was outstanding.
