I've been picking up dinner from here about once every two weeks. So far the food has always been accurate and tasty. The last time I visited, I had my 2 year old nephew with me and the friendly staff member was nice enough to volunteer unasked taking my food out with me to my car since my nephew wasn't feeling walking on his own. Nice staff, reasonable prices, and the food is almost always ready when I get there.

They messed up my order last week and gave me the wrong wings so they gave me a credit for the order. Then I placed on this weekend for pick up. Waited 20 minutes for my wings just to get home and find that they put in the wrong wings again. I called and the manager refused to talk to me even the worker apologized on his part since he didn’t bother to come to the phone. They took my number down and said they’d call me back to fix the problem and didn’t bother to call at all. Horrible service, horrible place, even worse manager.

Cashier had an attitude the moment I walked in the store. When I told her my name she came back with yet again another attitude saying the pick up time isn’t until 4 pm despite me calling to change it with the manager. The entire time I waited she looked like her world is on fire and had RBF. Her attitude makes me not want to come back.

Wing stop has the best flavors! I eat from here often with my wife and have never had bad food. It is always been really good. I have had good service here too!
Wingstop, as a whole, has been my favorite place for wings forever! But this particular location is horrible! I anticipated its opening forever as it's only 3 miles from the house. Been there 5 times and it ranged from disappointing to disgusting each time. Now I am back to driving to Carpentersville for my Wingstop fix.
