Ordered online, drove 3 miles for pickup. Waited 52 minutes to get order and it was wrong. This was 3:30 in the afternoon, not rush hour but the people that were there were all waiting long times. One couple was taking turns sitting down to rest. How bad does it have to get before the owner does something?

Everytime my family wants to go here I always know its going to be bad food and someone with an attitude because they work where they work, which is a choice or because of personal life, which I understand but what did I do?. I'm always kind so. And once again its proven. And this is crazy to give to a customer the end of a chicken tender and its not even an inch wide 2 in big. All these wraps were torn pieces of one chicken strip and we got three wraps in total.

Sadly, as a BK fan since childhood, I regret to inform you the BK at the north end of Danville is the worst BK I have been in and will never return. I feel like I lost a close friend because I see what looks like the end for BK.Parking: Plenty of parking just not worth it to even get out of your car.
Fyi .this place is a joke..they thank everyone that works for them is slow they had my check all messed up and still did not pay me what I was owed.the managers on first shift .pass out free food to there friends and family ..and eat all day
