It took 2 hours to get a pizza and some wings. I ordered extra crispy and by the time it got there it was like shoe leather from sitting on the heat lamps for so long. My kids didn't eat and went to bed because it didn't come until 10 pm. I think if it is going to be over an hour for delivery the customer should be notified and given a choice if they want to wait that long. I deserve an apology and a refund.

Customer service is NOT great at all. I ordered the Valentines Day Special. The pizza was supposed to be in the shape of a heart. Pizza came after the expected deliver time in the traditional circle shape. When I called the store their response was "So what do you want? Do you want it remade?"....how about "Sorry abt that..... " It may be little, but I'm sure if I gave you something other money to pay for my order you wouldn't be happy. I wanted what I paid for.

I was staying out of town in Danville and have had good experiences at other Monical's restaurants. I ordered a calzone and bread sticks for delivery at 5:15. As a part of my order I asked for plastic wear since I am staying at a hotel and don't have these things. My order FINALLY arrives at 6:40, almost an hour and a half later. There is no plastic ware, no napkins, and the calzone is terrible and the bread sticks are cold. I would not recommend this place.

wow people sure are suckers for poor service, dirty carpet, and insanely overpriced pizza. Can you justify paying $20 for a large one-topping pizza? Sure, it's because the burnt pieces of crust that make this so gritty and yummy. Breadsticks taste like a foot with 6 small salt crystals stuck on it. Get the family pleaser, because nothing beats a warm salad. and please be sure and order a big bottle of their world-famous thickened French dressing.

Had one delivered. The driver was quick, pizza was hot, and she was nice enough to make sure I had plates and cheese and pepper and napkins and all that good stuff. I'd do it again.

Good value for the money. Consistent service and food quality at this small regional pizza chain. Unique thin crust pizza is what Monicals is all about. Get a salad with their French dressing or their light French dressing. But watch our-- it's and Unbelievably addictive flavor.

Ordered a thin crust deluxe. Pizza was really good for the most part. The cheese didn't extend all the way to the edges on a lot of the pieces, which is my only complaint. Would have gotten 4 stars but no beer and the place is kind of a dump.
