Stopped in for a McFlurry around 2:30 pm. There was no line inside or outside. The lady at the counter had some attitude or perhaps having a bad day. Told me it was $5.23, gave her $6, she gave me back 23 cents. Then gave me my McFlurry which wasn’t blended at all and gave me the wrong spoon. I almost threw it away because of how mad I was.

I circled the lot 3 times looking for a plowed spot, the plow guys were inside eating when I showed up lol. I was greeted kindly by store manager. The staff immediately knew which mobile order was mine because I had my little one with me. Got my food hot and fresh thank you for a snow day lunch.

Nice classic vibes to enjoy while you pass your movement. Very clean. I would give this porcelain thrown room a full 5 stars, but unfortunately they apparently haven't gotten around to replacing the cover for the tp dispenser. It's not their fault child people have carved in offensive symbols, but it looks like it has been here long enough and is old enough to justify replacing it.

If there was a space for no stars that would be great. Horrible customer service. The manager is the rudest person. He told me his name was Pedro. Who knows if that’s true because he didn’t want to give his name at first because I said I was calling corporate. Terrible human being.

I'm not one to usually complain but I had picked up breakfast yesterday. I got the big breakfast with hot cakes. They forgot to put the hot cakes in the bag. No big deal, they said they would replace them. Just that I needed to come back and ask for the manager cassie and give them my name. So I come back this morning and ask for my hot cakes and they Play dumb with me. Their is no manager here by that name they said. They were not helpful at all. I mean their pancakes so whats the big deal. I said so you're telling me to go ***** myself and the manager shook her head and said yes. She refused to give me her name and they shut the window in my face. So needless to say I was a little hot headed after that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE.

Typical McDonald'sFood filled the void, but the amount that is purchased is GETTING SMALLER!And prices are going up.MEDIUM SHAKE IS WHAT A SMALL USE TO BE.THEN, the MEDIUM shake wasn't even filled to the serve line on the cup.I'll go to Burger King next time, bigger shake for the money.

This McDonald's must have had a bad day today ..and it must have been stressful .But you must understand that everyone works under different stress levels.this is why I rated them with a 2 stars ..reason is because I felt sorry for the hardships they were working under and it's sad .That perhaps the company will not allow them to hire more people ..so I can only imagine the problems they encounter in their day to day operation.
