I known this place for many years, but lately sevice and food has declined. Yesterday was the last straw. I went to the restaurant and order coffee and a steak torta. The server told me it was brewing. She came back with the coffee and cream. The cream was im a wine glass and the coffee was cold with coffee grounds. I told her it was cold. She took it to the kitchen to heat it. When she came back with the coffee and told her I didn't want it.Then i placed my torta order. I asked the server if it came with sourcream, avocado and cheese. When i got the bill, they charge me $17. Just for the torta.They charge me an order of guacamole (for the 2 slices of avocado), $1 pepers(5 jalapeño slices), and $2 for sourcream and cheese.I talked to the server and she argue it was fine. Eventually i talked to the manager and same thing. She kept arguing fhey charge a guacamole order for avocado.Worst place to go.

Just had a great experience, all the staff was great, very helpful with the menu and the food was amazing, very fresh and hot we absolutely loved and will be back soon!Parking: Parking is very close to the building so we didn't have to walk much, great place to eat!

What happened? Was my favorite Mexican place for 20 years. Ate there last night and food was "ok", service was the worst I've ever experienced there. My golden margarita wasn't as great, either. I didn't recognize the staff or see the owner. Only one other table in the restaurant....I think I know why...Has this business been sold?

Brought my family in and we were seated right away. Only 1 other table of 3 people in the whole restaurant that were given very good service. 20 minutes later still no one came to our table even for a drink order while 4 staff stood around. I couldn't believe it and we left. Emailed the owner and received no response. So disappointed!

would give 0 stars if i could. i have never had worse service, and i used to truly love this place. i HIGHLY recommend never spending money here. you will likely be mistreated by staff. my family and me have been going here for over 3 years. the service always tends to be slow and poor, but the food is usually very good, which is why we even came back at all. but today, i ordered a large $20 chips and salsa, and i was given soup. when i returned with the soup to trade it for the salsa that i ordered, i was berated by the OWNER and told that i ”ordered soup, not salsa.” i showed the owner both the soup AND the chips i was given for the salsa, and he continued to claim i didn’t order salsa. he also asked me to stop talking about the ordeal so that other customers did not hear. after he argued with me for about 5 minutes while i held the soup, i asked for my $20 back… after this, he stopped talking and told me that the salsa was being filled. in other words, the owner continually gaslighted me and treated me horribly until i threatened to take my business elsewhere.this place treats their customers so terribly, and i would honestly recommend giving money to a fast food joint before this place. i will never spend a dime here again.

Just got out the restaurant worst experience of my life! We have been coming here for months and after waiting 10 minutes at the entrances waiting to be seated mind you the restaurant was empty literally nobody was there we made noises to get the attention of the people in the kitchen but no one comes out until a phone call came through…a new waiter comes out that we have never seen attended us btw it’s Monday, Margaritas are $5 we order are usual and we are eating I finish my first drink while I keep eating my food he brings out another one without me asking so I was a little sus about it but I let it slide by since it’s $5 and we have never had a problem with the restaurant but when it came to pay we were charged $99.83. Each Margarita was $15.95 for a total of $63.80 only on drinks!!! I waved my hand to the waiter and asked him why the price he said he gave us a different kind of margarita we were confused since when he asked us we stated which flavor we wanted and that it was regular since he offered us “Gold with Grand Mariner para que esté más deliciosa” but we reject the offer never he said that the special was only on the regular margarita. So I told him that it was a mistake I didn’t even finish explaining what the problem was and he quickly said it was the margarita I gave you give the medium size I said that in the advertisement it doesn’t mention anything about size or flavor then he said yes it’s because of the flavor so I told him Sir that’s false advertisement and he goes all defensive and says don’t pay me anything since now he had other customers in the restaurant I told him that was not the problem that I was willing to pay for the price advertised yet he kept saying No, no just go don’t pay I still went up to Mr. Enrique really disappointed and payed him what we were supposed to be charged and I tried talking to him and he just kept saying nooo don’t pay me. I will never come back again every other month my partner and I come here and it’s disappointing how they treated us and tried to rip us off.

Been coming here for at least 15 years. We love it! Everything we have had has been wonderful!!! Our favorites include carne asada a la tampiquena y los sopes! In fact, our eldest (now 17years old) takes his girlfriend here for dates! Bar is updated and looks cute. They even made a wall for cute photo ops. $5 margaritas from 3-6pm Mondays! Service is Johnny on the spot. Great place!!!!

First time trying this place and it's the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. Jumbo size drinks are truly JUMBO! As a professional alcoholic, their jacuzzi size margarita did the trick for sure! Steak is perfectly cooked and seasoned and the chicken is delicious. And the soup, so good!!! Our server was so nice, and efficient. The place is super cute inside. We ordered a bunch of food and I was surprised our bill wasn't higher, so the food is reasonably priced as well. I think this is my new favorite place. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the mood for mexican food.

Below average Mexican restaurant. Customer service was questionable - visited with a group and was told that we could only use a maximum of 3 credit cards. Apparently they've never been out with friends and split the bill.There is a bar, but no ATM available - you will be told to go next door, to the slot machine place (where the ATM fees are likely higher).Lastly, the food was below average. We had a couple of mishaps with orders being incorrect. Ordered tacos with onion/cilantro, they dice their onions in huge chunks and their green sauce has the consistency of mustard. Meat is very over cooked.If you want rude attitudes, mediocre food and bad times, please visit Mi Hacienda. Despite having a group of folks, there were no customers coming into Mi Hacienda - not even for take out. The place was bone dry. There is a bar, but it was empty. Not even a bartender.This place will not be open for very long. Bill was around $450, with an automatic $80 gratuity.Parking: Plenty of parking because no one goes here.
