Ordered a good burger, got home it didn't have cheese and was burnt. Called and spoke to manager who SUPPOSEDLY put my name in the book for a replacement. I just went there and MAGICALLY no one remembers and nothing is written down! This location has really become the worst in town. Stay away!!

I tried to get the 2 for $7, American roaste beef, minus the onion, sauce, and tomato, but they said I would be charged for a regular roast beef plus cheese, which would then be over $10. I said nope, cause no other Arby's does that. So, I pulled around, ordered on the app, then went in and got my food. When I left, I said that they need to up train their window people.

Employees are rude,and impatient rushed while making an order the left at drive thru window for over 35 mins while laughing and conversing with other employees when the order finally came the lady at the window shoved it at me never once said thank you on top of that half of the order was wrong and items were missing! I'll never go back!!! I recommend that no one eats there at this single Arby's it's horrible!
