Never place an online order via the Bob Evans app or any other method. Too late in the day to order breakfast, and personnel did not notify me. There were just two slices of bread in the bag when we got home. We were informed that the food we had paid for was not being served, so we had to go back and ask for it. They claimed we would have to submit a new order and receive a refund for the doordash, which we never used, when we inquired if we could have a replacement item. It took a long time, but in the end they promised a corporate refund.

The service was quick and friendly. Food was served hot, waitress was nice also. The children enjoyed their food and phones where down. Very good breakfast
