Food is tasteless and frozen. Water is disgusting. Cheese sauce has No flavor. Even the kids chicken nuggets and fries tasted awful.Pro: food comes out of the microwave super fast received order 4 minutes after ordering.And I will say it was really clean. Menus were even clean. And the chips and salsa were ok.Otherwise:AVOID!!!

Teachers: Call the manger! He doesn’t understand our contract, time off, or long hours. I am here after a delayed flight. The airport staff were great and got the whole group hotel and vouchers. They recommended this restaurant. I showed the waitress the voucher and she placed my order to go. Then there was an issue, the manager reluctantly tried again and it went through. At that time another person from the group walked in, I said, “Hey, they had a little trouble with the voucher but it did go through finally.” The customer said, “I am on my company’s card so I am not worried.” I replied by explaining I was a teacher and would need to use the voucher. He commented that about how I get all the summers off. And then the manager chimed in, with a condescending tone, “And all those holidays.” So, I am calling all Decatur educators to help this manger understand what we do!

I visited Charro Feb 2024, and ordered a pork dish from menu that I thought would have shredded pork due to menu not specifying what type was in the dish, it came and was cubed, very chewy consistency, not pleasant at all!! however my sons pork dish had shredded pork inside. When I spoke to our waitress, instead of offering to redo the dish with shredded pork, I was told "Oh you don't like it?, everyone likes it" then she just stood there and finally offered to bring me some unseasoned shredded pork on a plate that i "could just take out the meat I did not like and replace it on my own". I had another waitress stop at our table and again say to me "Oh you didn't like it?" I was like what is happening, NO I DONT LIKE IT!! My waitress tried to say the dish name "Tacos Pastor" meant cubed, nice try LOL! I looked this up and just to let her know "cubed" in spanish is "cubicado", "pastor" means "shepherd" and "Pastor meat" is "super, super thinly sliced pork shoulder" NOT CUBED!! I was also charged $2.00 extra for the dish I'm assuming for the added pork i received INSTEAD OF REDOING THE DISH AT NO CHARGE!!!!Will think long before visiting here again!!! :)
