This has to be one of the most disturbing chipotles I’ve come across, dirty tables, prep tables and floor. Not worth it.

My family usually orders online, but lately our order is wrong so we decided to go in. Everyone knows how online “extra cheese” is different than face to face “extra cheese”. . We walked in tonight around 8:50. Was told they had limited items and no chips. I always get steak, there was a decent amount of steak, but was told it was for online orders only. Asked for extra cheese but was not allowed to have extra cheese. Half their stuff was gone. Steam table was getting packed away already. My family said forget this and left. They don’t even close till 10. Terrible service lately, would not recommend. Is there not more cheese in the fridge? Laziness on your employees part.

Unfortunately this Chipotle suffers from the same issues as most other Chipotle locations. The restaurant was filthy. There was not one clean table. There were no napkins in the dispensers. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The beans and meats were clearly bottom dredges and were not fresh. The guacamole had started to turn brown. This was on a Saturday at lunch time. As a result of this, I prevented my company from ordering from Chipotle for a company event this week.

I really like the place. Most workers are decent...but if you're systems down but u can order online..break out a calculator something had cash card and Chipotle card..to pay no online only..of u go anywhere you'd think they'd improvise not turn customer away because they don't have thier phone with them. Just proof it would hurt doing away with cash system failure..would never work

There is an older gentleman, not good with names but tjink Stephen. But dude has some great energy. Younger employees kinda treated him poorly by example pushing him to go faster...IT WAS ME THAT WAS THE ISSUE I read slow off my phone and couldn't decide stuff. He did great and was super happy I had him.
