Couldn't get an order right if they tried, which they don't. How they make anything more than 1980s wages is beyond me. The lady in the window was more interested in getting into the guy who was just standing there pants than she was actually getting our order. It was rough competition because two other ladies was on the hunt as well. Needless to say we did not get what we ordered, and after a brief call to customer service, not likely to return.

This particular Hardee's was amazing. I haven't been to a Hardee's in 15 years due to moldy bread. I forgot how GOOD their Frisco tasted. This will be the only one I go to.

So, we stopped by early. Around 7:30 this morning. Were greeted by a very complacent young man. They had no orange juice so I ordered a sprite with my breakfast meal. ? took several minutes to get 4 meals. Understandable if there were a soul in the drive thru but us. We get our drinks and food take a drink of my sprite to find out our daughter in law and I both got carbonated water. Our son opens his sandwich lots of sauce 1 slice of thinnn ham. Tater tots definitely been in the warmer for longer than they should have been. 1 star for my sandwich rocked and 1 star because they were open and my husband enjoyed his food and meal.

Stopped here on the way out of town Saturday Sept 30th to grab breakfast. We waited 35 min to recieve our order. They were out of biscuits and told all of us they were making all our food fresh. Everything we recieved was cold or lukewarm. Nothing was fresh. Meanwhile an employee came out of back with half a tray of food and proceeded to eat it all while we waited. Terrible customer service.
Went to get breakfast said they had a long hold on biscuits so we ordered a breakfast burrito for us we pay then they pull us up still have to wait for our food no one els is in drive thru this place serves mainly biscuits need to get act together lady was nice at least but come on this is a truck stop truckers don’t have time to wait around all morning and want a breakfast every now and then since all most no where is truck friendly then they can’t even enjoy what they wanted to get for a change hopefully this restaurant get some attention cause it looks nice and new

Completely avoid it. Came here at noon for a quick bite to eat and it was anything but.The service is painfully slow, the workers are simply incapable of doing their job, and the quality of the food is terrible. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order.I will never be stopping at this location again.

Rebecca (manager) is extremely rude. She has had it in for me ever since I complained to corporate that she could never keep cups stocked. Today she said they don't make a bacon egg sandwich. Then it was she just wasn't going to wait on me because she didn't like me. I wasn't rude, I didn't yell, but I will let EVERYONE know that you don't want to go to this location! Looking at these reviews, it is clear as day that Rebecca seems to be a lot of your problems. Now there have been some great employees there, but Rebecca will more than likely chase them off.
