DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CATERING! I placed an order they confirmed the day before the event and I wake up to a cancellation at 5:00 am this morning. This order was for 85 people and it is not easy to get a caterer last minute to deliver at 11:15 am. They said they were sorry and that I am lucky they cancelled and didn't leave me hanging. Well the proper thing to do is say that I can't do it the day before and I would try to use them in the future. They said they have other orders and can't get to mine. Not a way to run a business, very disappointing.

They make a good sub with good ingredients but it is another one of these shops only offering sweet bread. Not sure if it is the \\\"cool\\\" \\\"hip\\\" thing to be doing but if you don't like to mix sweet with savory I would not recommend coming here. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop minus the lack of enthusiasm from the employees behind the counter.

Seem to always get my online take out order wrong. I get a chef salad with toppings and one or more toppings are always missing. I'm talking 3+ times this has happened. I have gone back before when the meat on my chef was missing. Other times I just eat it (reluctantly) so I can get back to work because I have no time to go back. This is an 8-9 dollar salad that's usually not what I ordered....I guess I could stand in the check out line and open the takeout bag and box scope my salad out carefully before leaving. Just really wish this wasn't the case.When I did go back and have them correct my order it was very, very good. I love their turkey, especially. I think this is why I keep trying!!!!Love the vibe there and everything. Just wish my order would be correct each time. :(

Complete morons working here...called in and ordered 3 sandwiches, they weren't ready when I arrived and girl could not get order correct after telling her in person several times. Then get almost home and she calls and says she put complete wrong sandwich in bag. Then at home realize another sandwich is also wrong...so 1 out of 3 are correct. I went back and she tried to give me old sandwich that had now been sitting there for at least 20 min and then to top it off she ASKS ME 3 TIMES what the sandwich was...a Turkey sub with no tomato-it's not rocket science....she never apologized or offered a credit/ money back. No clue how this place stays in business with idiots like this...

Very unhappy experience tonight at head west. We go there often and have never had a problem. The girl waiting on us seemed a little high or did not care . I asked for a pastrami and provolone. She told me they were out of Italian dressing. I asked for it toasted. She asked twice what I wanted as if she was not listening . The other girl gave her and odd look and went in the back and got the Italian dressing. I ordered the second sandwich had to repeat what I wanted twice. Wanted it toasted too. She put the sandwiches in the end of the oven and they were not in there long. When we got home they were cold, not toasted and cheese not melted. I am cooking them in our oven now.
