Excellent chopped beef sandwich, great turkey, okay chicken, very tasty chili, but the ribs were terrible: greasy, poor quality and really inedible. I won’t order them again.

It's fast-food BBQ, you place your order at the counter and get your food within minutes. The customer service was exceptional, and there were plenty of options to customize your order. The meats were the highlight of my meal, except for the excessive sauce poured on them. The sides were good but not particularly noteworthy. The one thing I would do differently on my next visit is to request the BBQ sauce on the side.

Got a family pack $49.99 and added a slab of ribs $25.99 was charged over $90 pointed out that I was over charged. Employee argued with me. Finally got some one to refund the disputed amount and when I got home discovered they left out the cornbread that was supposed to come with it. Not worth the 45 min drive for cornbread but I am extremely unhappy

Ordered a pulled pork sandwich with fries about a month ago. Fries were great, staff was great but sadly my sandwich was one of the worse ever served to me. It must have been the bottom of the barrel. Pork was super greasy and just globs of pork fat and very little edible pork. I love hickory river but I'm a little gun shy now about going back. I should have posted earlier after the event. Hope they correct that.
