Ordered online. Waited quite a bit of time before we came in to get it. When we arrived, the waitress looked at some tablet thing and spoke to another waitress then placed our order that we had ordered we 40 min ago. Was the. Told we’d have to wait another 10-15 min.

Alot better than my previous visit. If you came after opening and had a bad experience, go back and give them another try. They're getting better.
This restaurant doesn’t sell Hennessey after 9pm to keep a certain demographic of people out of their establishment. These new “rules” and “policies” are apart of the evolution of racism. It’s comical. Be bold and aggressive with your racism. Stop hiding behind microagressions!!

We were at hotshots durning the day on Sunday. The server shae was great.Our only problem was that our alcohol drinks took a very long time. We noticed the bartender was sitting on her phone she wasn’t making our drinks until our server has to ask to get the drink made.

Very friendly staff, who checked on us often. Loved the atmosphere, not too busy so it was very chill. We shot pool and ordered some food which was very good and not badly priced! Definitely going again!

Food is great every time! The staff is nice and service is quick. They have fun games that the kids can play in the back area, and the kids love the pizza and fries! Their burgers are awesome and the Philly is super good too!Parking: Behind building or in front
The food was good, but the service was quite slow. We did have a large group of 10, but we came after the lunch rush, made a reservation, and were ready to order relatively quickly. Unfortunately, our server was a bit slow.
