Maustell's Is located very near my home, so It's an easy place to go to. When they first opened the food was really good and the service was excellent. Now whenever I order there it is such a hassle. I've maybe ordered 6 times total from there. And WILL NOT ever order from them again. Every time I call I get the rudest service I've ever encountered, literally. Their workers seem so incredibly depressed, it's comical. The entire reason I even created a Yelp account is to tell everyone how I feel about this company. What really did it for me? I called, they answered the phone, "Hello?" No, "Thank you for calling Maustell's" Nothing! I asked, "Is this Maustell's" The lady said, "You called the number didn't you?" RUDE AS FUCK!! Even after she was incredibly rude, I asked, "If this were a bad time to call?" (It was around 8:00pm, the store closes at 10:00). She then began to go on and on how the company leaves her alone with one driver, and on and on. I don't have time to listen to people's problems, especially when they are so incredibly rude while telling me it. This is not at all the first time this happened. IT'S EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! This is just my boiling point. I'm sick of the service. The food is mediocre. Every time I try to specify an order, it's wrong, never fails. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS WRONG!!!! The taco salad is an absolute disgusting mess. The calzoni and pizzas are okay. That is the only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1. So if you want rude ass people who hate their lives cooking mediocre food for you, this is the place to be.
