I took my mother there a week or too ago and the staff is very nice they made sure we had everything we needed. The food is great. I'll tell you this Jimmy John's is way better then subway!!! My new sub sandwich place is Jimmy John's.

People complain they're slow, but this is an incredibly busy JJs.Always get my food quickly, it's accurate, and I don't feel sick after eating at this one.

All five of the teens-twenty year olds working are standing barely working on sandwiches. I placed a mobile order at 6:27 so tell me why I get here and there isn't even a bag with the chips in it for me yet. Freaky fast delivery/service? More like freaky frustrating. I got here and there was a travel softball team of 10 girls. And I understand it can take time. But when I got here at 7 none had ordered yet. Which meant my order just sat there for over 30 minutes not getting completed, then I had to wait another 30 for them to compete all 10+ orders for the girls and their coaches. This place is hit or miss service wise. Sometimes it's great and the people are nice, but then this stuff happens. I've never had a problem with the quality of food though. Service is just terrible.Edit: just got home and they couldn't even make a Blt right.

Hands down the SLOWEST Jimmy John's on the planet. Theres nothing freaky or fast about this place. I get a slim 4 (literally just a plain turkey sandwich) and will be waiting 10+ minutes for that nearly every time I've been here. Don't even think about getting delivery. It'll be 40minutes to an hour.

Ordered through the app. Credit card charge of 16.95 went through. But when I arrived, the order did not go through. I showed proof that I paid, but they didn't care. So I paid 16.95 and walked out with no food. Horrible customer service.
