Atmosphere is amazing customer service is good but they missed one key thing when orders are placed at kiosk drinks are supposed to be made for the customer unless the customer requests their own cups, when I was talking about missing cups I was asked by the server what was the problem I said there's supposed to be 2 medium cokes she said oh I think your supposed to get them at the counter but with a slight attitude I understand the frustration I used to work at McDonald's all around good job to have just have to have the right management this place is good just I feel customer service could improve

Rude manager answered my phone call but refused to answer a simple question about if my mobile order went through then hung up on me after repeating her same statement three times refusing to acknowledge other possibilities of exceptions. I still got charged and received no food.

What wonderful customer service tonight. The girl taking the orders was so sweet and working so well under pressure. The teens at the window were all hussling to push hot food out fast! Excellent job to the staff and management!!!
Me and my friend ordered quarter pounder sandwiches my friend used here reward points and I bought 1 at regular price they had signs up saying buy a QP , Get 2nd 1 for $1 so I got the 2nd 1 and they kept telling us we could not do that so we ordered separately and when we got our food there was so much catsup and mustard on each 1 we had it all over our sandwich holding hand and it dropped down the front of my hoody I couldn't even eat it and the fries were cold

The restaurant was filthy. Garbage cans were full with one of them tipped over with garbage. The little garbage container near the drinks was packed full and the tables in the play area were all dirty plus no hand wipes available. Usually this site is terrific but a mess
