I did not even want to put a star on this page at all but I had not choice. Online it said it was open but it was actually closed at 7:14 pm on a Wednesday night. This was super disappointing especially when other fast food places were still open. This is a good way to loose alot of business.

I use to work here. The managers would tell us cook as many chicken as possible. It would sit there all day in the heat lamp. That place is disgusting

On Google maps it states that this location is temporarily closed. It is open. Unsure about the hours, with Covid-19 regulations. I've put in a request to Google to have updated. It is better than it was. Still have the thought of the reason it was temp closed in my mind. I'm used to the Popeyes in Chicago.? This location (sadly) isn't even comparable. Wish it was better.

I was sooo happy to get my Popeye's fix on. It had been 3 years after moving to another state.The employees were friendly and helpful. Our order was brought to our car within 2 minutes. Great food. Thank you.

If this was just about the food, this would be 5 stars. But both times I've gone, the employees have not been wearing masks/gloves. Last time the woman who handed our food was only wearing an Under Armour sports glove and no mask. How is that acceptable during a global pandemic?

Long lines. The food was substandard. Very unfriendly staff who handed me the food and promptly turned there backs on me without a word after I said thank you. Not service oriented at all. We ordered the 12 piece. Several wings and thighs, no breasts. Lg sides were not large. We also ordered sweet tea and lemonade. I drove off without asking for it after the window was promptly shut on us. We paid $32.00 and change for a really bad experience...never again. We will never go back. One star is being generous.

It was pathetic. Sitting in the drive through at the intercom, had to call them on my phone because the intercom has not been working right for the last 2 weeks. Then I get my food surprise surprise, it’s wrong. My drink had no ice in it either.

We bought 2 of the 6 piece strips box meals. This is the chicken that came with it minus the 3 strips my husband tried to pick through what was edible. I will not be going back to the Decatur Illinois location unless I can decent looking and tasting food.

Waited at the drive thru order screen for 10 min, no one was taking orders. So pulled to the window and no employees to be found. This location should have stayed closed. Employees here are trash and dont deserve the minimum wage they ate making. Fire everyone and start over or close for good.
