I asked for my sandwich toasted and I got it cold and then the DRENCHED my sandwich in sauce to the point where the bread was soggy, al the topping slipped off and the sandwich was just plain falling apart.

Ordered food online. Went to pick up and girl behind counter wouldn't acknowledge the lady ahead of me or me. So asked if could pick up my already done food and she told me I would have to wait. Hmmm. Told her food was done and she threw my food on counter. Never again!!

Ordered a 12 inch wrap hot 6 inch argued me down about it paid $10 said it’s 12 inches of meat on a 6 inch. I wanted a 12 inch she said they don’t make them. That’s all I could have in a (racist manner) . I felt she was extremely racist and her name was Cheryl and there was grey hair in the sandwich she was missing her front teeth.

One we ordered a #3 which is chicken not steak two when u call in to complain they argue with u saying no that’s something else when Ik better not to mention their cashier thinks she needs a tip to ask questions rude people working in the store. Y’all need do better.
