Besides the rest of the order let's just stick to this... does this look like a cheesy gordita crunch minus lettuce, but make it a fresco?!? Does anyone else see this? A pita bread, a hard shell taco ? no cheese whatsoever but beef and kept the lettuce? So appetizing.....! And who can't follow a simple order at that...whomever works here is the dullest plastic knife in the drawer....But let's forget the rest of the order

I order $30 delivery asking for no sauce on anything-still get it. I can go through the drive-thru asking for no sauce on my food-still get it. Am I in the wrong to stop eating here because the kitchen can't get it right? Inside story says these workers are high and continue to get high during their shift. Crack down corporate Taco Bell.

Your only job is to read a screen and put the ingredients together correctly. When you add things I specifically requested NOT to be in my food I expect it NOT to be there. EVERY item was made incorrectly and didn't follow ANY changes requested during my mobile order. Pretty lazy you can't even do your ONE job right. Food allergies are a serious thing. You could literally kill someone.

This place is absolutely trash. God forbid if you're in the lobby and order food even if it's 5 to 10 minutes before anybody had stripes through. Because if somebody comes through drive through you absolutely get ignored because all they care about is their timer for their drive-thru which is why they'll pull five cars forward without helping anybody. Literally we'll place an order in the lobby and five cars and drive through will get their order first before anybody in the lobby is even touched. It's an absolute disgrace and that entire store rather sit back there and talk and touch their face and stick their hands in their mouth and touch their hair before making people's food then actually have any customer service whatsoever. Everybody in that store should be fired and absolutely ashamed of themselves that they worked in the food indust that they worked in the food industry

Think this has to be the worst one. If you order through drive-thru you'll get pulled forward because they got to keep their times under and God forbid you order inside the lobby. Literally writing this while I'm standing here waiting for my order I placed in the lobby. They have pushed out 10 drive-through orders and I still haven't seen my food.
I order three tacos no ( lettuce ) that’s all and all my tacos just have only meat in them… disgusting!

Everytime I go there it's usually midnight or later they never seem busy and my order is not ever super complex. However Everytime I've went the last 3 times it's been wrong. Seriously like no sourcream add guac that's as complex as I make my orders how do you mess that up?? Especially if you're not busy at all. I'd understand a bit more if there were hella people there but there wasn't any of the 3 times. I've even given them chances to remedy the situation it didn't have to be free food. A response saying they would talk to the employees would have been sufficient enough for me. I've heard nothing from the local stores or corporate and I reached out to both 2 weeks ago.
