Wonderful food and great service. We love doing local hoke in the wall places. They had a unique menu and everything we got was excellent. I asked for crispy hashbrowns and they did them to perfection.

Well, my wife remembered the Cherry Pit Cafe more fondly than I did, so we gave the place another shot. I have to say, this time was delightful. The staff was friendly and super helpful, and the food was very good. I was hesitant to give them three stars before, but this time I have no hesitation in giving them four.
.No signage except for a small sign on their door, which was not easy to find. Parking was located on the backside of the building but the door was on the opposite side. Inside is your typical diner set up - a small table as you walk in then a long counter along the grill area. Larger area with more seating in the back. Some are describing it as a retro diner with 50's music. The music and decor does not suggest that. The only thing that shouted 50's" we're the chrome table and chairs. The staff are super friendly. Food served fast and was very good. A bit pricey for diner food

I really wanted to like this place. Ordered lunch sat down at the counter. Unfortunately it's just nothing special and is pretty much generic food reheated special for you. Really wish Deerfield had a good diner.
