I went to jersey mikes in Deerfield on a Saturday at 1:00 pm. The guy whom I ordered from got the order so mixed up and INSISTED I told him I ordered 1 regular Turkey and cheese and 1 roast beef. I NEVER ORDERED the roast beef. The clerk who took my order thought it was funny as did another clerk. I corrected the second clerk and said I ordered 2 Turkey and cheese sandwiches. I had to get going since I had a 98 year old mom waiting for her lunch. It got worse!!!! After I told them what to put on the sandwiches the second guy took my sandwich and put it with another order going for pick up. I said "what are you doing with my sandwich?" They made another instead of being professional and polite and giving me my original sandwich and put the condiments on it after asking me a second time what I wanted on it". I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. They were laughing except for the woman who wrapped my sandwich and you could tell she was embarrassed by the whole situation!!!!!!!! Management hire people with BRAINS!

I normally come here late when I don't feel like making dinner or want a good sub and I've never been disappointed. This is the only Jersey Mikes location I go to unless I'm away from home. The staff are FANTASTIC, my sandwiches are always delicious, and every time I've gone the place has been clean. The biggest thing I want to mention is the staff. I've come here looking normal, in pjs and messy hair, and even in a shark onesie. I've come here in a variety of moods, but every single time I leave, I leave with a smile ear to ear because the staff has always been so kind, caring, and absolutely hilarious. This location is doing something right, and unless management changes or something, it will always be my favorite.

Kept going back & forth between two 'clerks' when ordering two sandwiches. Felt a little rushed. They should let you finish one sandwich's order & then move on to the next. Forgot to add extra ingredients.Overall, good sandwiches. Recommend Rosemary Herb bread. Adds a nice flavor.

8/21 - When you do not have a certain type of bread for in store customers at 12 pm, that is a problem. I understand online customers are important, but in-store customers should have the choice. Also, the guy on the slicer needs an attitude adjustment with customers and his fellow employees.

Jersey Mike's is the BEST place for cold subs. This location is particularly great because of Nick. He's friendly, personal, professional, and goes above and beyond for catering orders. Added bonus that they have good music.
