I love Potbelly's menu. Especially their popular Turkey Sandwich, Gyro, and Salad. They made their food to perfection. I can really tell that their cook or chef is professional. The serving of the food is creative, it is well-plated and organized. They served the food while it is still hot and really on time. They all know how to satisfy their customers. All of them are working so fast and always helping the customers. Very polite and friendly workers. A good place full of amazing sandwiches and snacks. This place is huge and amazing. Their parking lot is big. Their interior has an amazing vibe and you can really relax. The whole place was so clean, bright, and wide. The smell of their sandwiches is spreading all over the place. Incredibly yummy! If you are also looking for a fast, friendly, and good spot to grab a sandwich and snacks, this place is a must! They will treat you so nicely here. But I will recommend getting a reservation before you go, most of the time this place is full and crowded. Lots of people keep going and eating here. It is great if you have a table right away when you arrived. Long lines and no vacant tables are the only problems that I encountered the last time I visited them. Hoping that they already improved those matters. I still love this place and want to go back again soon when I got some of my free time. Potbelly is definitely a hidden gem! Kudos to all the staff and managers. Great job guys! Thank you!

I asked for extra mayo, I always have to emphasize EXTRA whenever I come to this location and even still I barely get any mayo at all. I only got lettuce and extra mayo, I don't see or taste any mayo. This is a very, very common accurance and it is very annoying and

Horrible customer service, i told them too late that I didn't want cheese on my salad and the kid said you were suposed to tell him and I already put it in. Never offered to make a new salad. Ridiculous!! Never going back.

I have been going to Potbelly's since I moved down the street from the original location on Lincoln Ave in 1978. The sandwiches we got tonight in Deerfield were the worst that I have ever had. We had 8 sandwiches and they said that they do not mark what kind of sandwich was so it was 8 mystery sandwiches. They also were the very dry, like there were condiments on the sandwiches. Overall, a total waste of $50.

I know for a fact that this Potbelly does not do background-checks on their employees, hiring DHS students/college dropouts with past & current heavy substance abuse and dealing.I went at 3:00 PM with no other customers there. Staff did not know how to charge a credit card. The manager was hiding in back and did not assist their staff. My sandwich sat there on the belt getting cold without toppings while the worker took the next order as I waited for their multiple unsuccessful attempts at charging my credit card. A 5-minute stop should not take more than 10 minutes - unless they're all incompetent stoners. I finally walked out. Avoid this location.
