Walked in there to ask for the lunch combo and crazy bread and then the young woman asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes so when I said yes I told her put a lot in there please not half in there and then she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and gave me complete attitude. So if places are going to hire people who are rude than i don’t want to be in there period. The crust could have been better too ?.

For a location that is right across a parking lot from Wal-Mart you would think they would just run over and get missing ingredients.When you order crazy bread with marinara sauce they fill the cup half way and still charge you for it.This is probably the worst Little Caesars I've been to.

If you walk in there to order, don't expect anyone to wait on you. You just have to wait, wait, wait, thennnnnnn wait some more. If you expect them acknowledge you, you will be surely disappointed! If you ask them if someone is going to wait on you, dont! They will tell you that if you get loud (because it's so loud in there no one would hear you in a normal voice), they will refuse to take your order! Now I remember why I no longer patronize Little Ceasers!! ESPECIALLY the Dekalb one!!!

Really wish they would update their online ordering if they don't have the chesse for stuffed crusted pizza. 2 weeks in a row I tried to order it online just to get a phone call saying they don't have the chesse. Manager there offered a regular sausage pizza each time. But won't compensate for the price difference. Total rip

Food is almost always okay. Just okay. I mean, it’s Little Caesar’s. It’s not exactly high quality pizza. But they are somehow always out of stuffed crust? And for the third time now, my boyfriend has ordered either in person or online (we’ve tried both forms of ordering because of how long we’ve had to wait and it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference in wait time) and waited at least an hour for a single pizza… Yah, “Hot N Ready”… not at all, not ever. Not for us, anyways. We’ve given this location multiple tries and chances. Will not be returning after tonight.

Overheard the person running the register telling another employee in the back to "wake up." Pizza tastes totally different than the little Ceasars in Sycamore. Different sauce and crust. This one really set off my IBS. My 5 year old daughter (who loves the pizza from Sycamore little caesars) after only a couple of bites from the DeKalb location started crying and refused to eat it. Will not return to this location. Corporate needs to come clean up these two locations in DeKalb County Illinois.
I ordered an onion pizza online. When I got to the restaurant, I was told that onion was unavailable. That should really be communicated online. Very irritating.
