We used to frequent omi sushi while we lived in DeKalb and have been sorely missing it since moving. If we're ever in that neck of the woods, we always make a point to stop in. It's a cozy place with friendly staff and great food. The Avalanche is the most delicious sushi roll! Recommend a visit!

Probably our favorite local sushi place, we recently got takeout and it was very good.Edit: we got dine in again recently as we don't go out for sushi much. Food was really good again - Caterpillar, Kiss of Fire and Snow Mountain (?) Rolls plus some seaweed salad and a house salad. Service was friendly, fast and accurate but they seemed to be hurrriedly closing up shop as we finished eating so we felt a bit rushed at the end even though it was well before close. Makes sense and everything else was good.

This is one of my go to sushi restaurants. Always greeted warmly, the team working their is always friendly and helpful.Food is always wonderful. I've had almost everything on the menu, nothing has been a disappointment.5 stars is awarded to the staff and the owners.
