I see a lot of negative reviews and it is true they do run out of food items frequently. If you want a CORRECT mobile order, call and ask ahead of time and ask what food items they have or what they are out of. I placed a mobile order and they happen to run out of tenders after all the people who came through drive thru ordered. The older lady was very nice and accommodating, replacing my food items and even giving me extra of everything. All I did was be patient with her and be very understanding of the situation. It’s late and they often run out of food, I shouldn’t hold the workers accountable for that. Which is why many customers here have very bad experience. If they don’t have what you like or you don’t enjoy the service, don’t come here. It’s simple. Don’t pay for a service you’re never satisfied with. Plus they don’t play with customers here, they just gonna simply deny service and tell you to move on. So like I said just be understanding and accept the replacement food or leave and get your money back and don’t ever go back.

Went back to the nations worst Popeyes after hearing from a Facebook post that they restaffed and was not shocked to see the same familiar faces in there with the same horrible service. I was number 2 of 2 in line waiting for food after telling the cashier I was here for a pick up. After a few minutes a guy came in looking for a DoorDash order and he turns to me and goes “I knew I shouldn’t have accepted this order” after about 10 total minutes of waiting at this point I hear the cashier say to drop regular tenders (what me and the guy before me both had ordered) so I’m wondering what they had been doing before dropping those since even the drive thru wasn’t busier than 2 cars? But then the cashier turns to the DoorDash guy and tells him they are out of shrimp for his order and they can’t replace it with anything else which is absurd. After about 7-8 minutes they finally send the DoorDash guy out with his order and an older lady walks up to the man who was ahead of me in line, assuming they’re together and she had been waiting in the car this whole time she turns to me and says how this is easily the worst Popeyes she’s ever been to and that they should make a show about it. After around 25-30 total minutes of waiting for my order I finally get it and return home to cold wings because they have been siting on their counter forever, a maximum of 15 fries, and the only redeeming quality of this whole experience, fresh tenders. Which unfortunately did not make up for the horrible service, excessive wait time, and overall poor quality of food. I’m not entirely sure how this place has lasted all 4 years of my college career and it gets worse every year. I highly reccomend you take your money elsewhere in hope this place shuts down and is replaced with anything else since anything is better than the Popeyes that currently resides there.

Every time I order food from here employees have an attitude, mess up my order, and if you order online and they don’t have what you asked for they will not substitute the items they don’t have and will refuse to serve your order.

I went there Friday, for a late dinner, only two other people in the restaurant. I was in there over 10 minutes before the manager even recognized me. Wouldn't take my order, 8 minutes later she told the drive through to take girl to take my order, she replied s#!t, he has to wait, someone is pulling in. The manager comes up 3 more times without taking my order. I gave up.They have always had great food but if you can eat it, what good is it?

I never leave bad reviews, but this location was possibly the worst fast food experience of my life. Such low effort and honestly hostile customer service. As a customer I felt not only undervalued but like I was an annoyance and just for ordering food. I normally love Popeyes so when I first moved here I ordered some for deliver from this location. They missed half my order and the sauces I paid extra for were sloshing all around in the bag with no lid on. Very upsetting. The next time I decided to go in person because I figured it was possibly the fault of the deliver guy, but the staff on-site are even worse than I thought. Corporate needs to shut this place down. It’s a bad reflection on Popeyes as a brand.

We placed a mobile order to be ready at 7:05. We were all starving after a long travel day. We get there right on time and surprise surprise it’s not ready. I ordered the buy 6 wings get 6 wings for $1. My daughter ordered a plain chicken sandwich with only pickle. I was missing half my wings and my daughter received a spicy chicken sandwich. First of all they didn’t give us any of our 4 drinks. When we explained to an employee he just stared at us dumbfounded. He wanted to see the receipt so we dug it out of the bag. We also received none of the sauces we ordered. My husband backed the car back up to the drive through window and they were having a cow about us messing up their drive thru stars. Funny they don’t give a crap about getting their customers orders even remotely correct. I was hoping this location was better than the one where we live and sadly it was even worse. In the end we finally did get everything but it took forever. I was livid after the experience with them. I would order Popeyes all the time but don’t because of these types of experiences.
