I visited the Oasis a few days ago so I’m delayed on this review however I just want to give a shoutout to the young lady named Skylar P.. Her customer service was amazing and it’s good to see the younger generation can still work hard and have a positive attitude!

Skylar P is had a very bad attitude! I couldn't even understand what she was saying. Talking as she's walking away. Ect. The other employee's cell phone rang, and she answers it as I'm standing there waiting to order. Did is airways good though. ? ?

Everytime I go into sparrows Skylar is quick to help me and has great customer service! I will continue to come back for that sole reason!

Food was okay prices were on the higher end just for a slice and a stromboll,But the service was not great at all. Employee skylar p (was the name mentioned on the receipt. Her attitude was like she didn’t want to work. No greeting at all and very rude. Once food was packed she didn’t even called to let us know. We were waiting the whole time and I came to the counter again. She goes you need anything else ? I said I didn’t get the food it. She goes uh it’s by the cash. Well who was supposed to let me know? I don’t think she should be working there. Customer service ?

I’ve been to many Sbarros before and this one has to been one. Not only was the service really good, but the employees kept the place looking really clean at all times.
Most of these places are gone but it amazing to me this one is left the food from a microwave dinner tasted 5 times better then this food 15.93.... I payed for a Zeti meal with a side Mac and cheese and small drink to make it a meal it was 5.69 extra that's why it was 15.93....... I'm almost offended at myself for spending money here for food this horrible........ I have eaten sbarro for over 20 pluss years here and there different locations and never had food of this low quality you literly would be better going to 711 next door and getting 711 food and you would be happy....
