The best thing about this Starbucks is the service. I have never had a bad customer service experience at this store. The drinks and food are what you would expect from a Starbucks, but made well every time at this store.

Awesome week in DeKalb started with Starbucks every morning. Almost every day we got Forrest at drive thru and they made our day!!! Sweet, fun and they made the best drinks we have had at Starbucks!!!! Manager, you got a great happy team!!!Parking: On the main hwy and easy in and out!

The staff gets rude when they're busy telling me I need to place an online order and then got my drink sizes wrong and when they remade it they didn't put the extra shot of espresso I PAID FOR in my drink and argued with me about it when I watched them remake it bc I had to come inside.
