This is the best Subway in DeKalb. This location is in the Walmart. Atmosphere is a bit dreary, kinda cramped, and the didn't seem to inviting. But, the food was pretty decent. Even when I asked for extra hot peppers though, they were very light with the ingredients. The service was pretty quick though. They were pretty fast and didn't waste time. I will keep going to this location.

Made an online order. Go to pick it up and they say it has already been picked up. I show them the app on my phone and am immediately treated as a liar and thief. I ask to get the food I paid for and asked if they needed me to walk them through the order to which they respond no.Watching the women struggle to recall the order I ask if she would like me to explain it yet again. She responds no. I then correct her when she put the wrong cheese on to which she tells me which cheese the sandwich comes with. Back to the receipt we go. Seeming completely uninterested and confused I ask if she would like me to read off the order, after the 3rd attempt I’m finally able to get an answer. Overall terrible experience

I have got many corporate coupons from the mailer and even if the coupon has the particular sandwich’s that is excluded from the deals most of these foreign franchise subways add more to the excluded list which chicken fish is not on those list at any of them. So needless to say I haven’t ate at a Subway in 3 years because every time I have had bad experience with the franchis. It’s grade D meat anyways vomit ??.

This isnt a sandwich. Its bread n condiments with a sprinkle of meat. Gave me 1 piece of bacon when asked for extra damn near raw. No cheese like i asked. Pathetic to the max

Just ordered a footling seafood sensation sub through DoorDash and asked and paid for double meat. The pictures show how I received my order. Some of what might look like meat is melted cheese. There is no way that this can be considered double meat. I called the restaurant and complained about the order and was told "my bad, I didn't see it was double meat." I was then asked "what do you want me to do about it?" I said, "how about you redo the sandwich and give me what I ordered." I was then told they would have to speak to their manager about that and they would call me back. I was eventually contacted by the restaurant and told they would remake the sub as long as I come and pick it up. I ordered through DoorDash for a reason. I am high risk if I contract COVID-19 and shouldn't have to go pick up something that I already paid to have delivered.

Food is good, however I had an unfortunate experience last night due to an incredibly rude employee. I was there shortly before 9pm an hour before they close. I was greeted by a young female employee ( no name tag unfortunately) who grudgingly walked out of the break room when I entered the store (I could see she was sitting on her phone). Apparently me walking into the store causing her to have to get up and do her job put her in a bad mood. She rudely asked what I wanted, opened the door to get the bread and proceeded to slam it down on the counter. She continued with this behavior putting toppings on my sandwich, tossing the bottle of mayo down into the container, for example. All while making my sandwich she was looking around rolling her eyes. As she took my payment she threw down a pen that must have been in her way or something. In an irritated voice she said "anything else?" As if I had asked her to bake the bread from scratch, go out and slaughter the turkey and harvest the vegetables on my sandwich. I said no thank you, paid and left. At this time another group of customers came in and she greeted them with an eye roll. Needless to say I am no longer a customer at this location. Too bad because the convenience is great being in Walmart but I will not tolerate being treated rudely by an employee. Maybe she thought she could get away with it because I'm close to her age? Not sure. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had. I'm not sure if management would even see this but I would love for someone to reach out to me regarding my experience. I feel something should be done before this employee turns away more customers.
