The owner is racist. He purposely put hair in my food. I found hair in my food a couple of months ago. So I went to take my sandwich back and the owner was so rude. he wasn't apologetic at all, he didn't give me a refund or try to provide another sandwich. He took my card and pretended like he was giving me a refund to shut me up. He must have taken my name down because I ordered a sub from them months later and there was hair in my food, on my drink everywhere, like it was purposely done. They are so prejudice, Don't eat here!!!

The service here is bad and rude, when I was about to tell the server what my order was they told me to wait because they were about to do a online or delivery order so I decided to wait but then they told me that I could leave and go to another subway in a rude tone. I wasn’t happy with their tone but if they were stressed they would of just kept it with themselves instead of being rude to a customer.

Best subway in Dekalb. The guy who is always working is awesome. He knows my orders, always asks me how I am, and the food is fresh everytime.

I urge you to use anyone besides GRUBHUB for your delivery needs. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called to speak to Grubhub "customer care" - was placed on hold over 10 minutes. Called again and was give a bunch of lies. Ordered a dozen cookies from Subway to be delivered to my son at his dorm. I had called Subway 30 minutes after I placed the order-was told that order had been picked up and should be delivered shortly. An hour after my order had been placed and not delivered, I called again - Subway told me that the order was marked delivered and that there was nothing she could do for me. My son was NEVER contacted about any delivery. First person I spoke to at Grubhub "customer care" lied to me - first stated that "there was a problem with the order-the order was undeliverable." When I asked further, she then stated "oh actually, the delivery notes state that the order was placed on a bench outside the dorm." MY SON WAS NEVER CONTACTED. Grubhub "customer care" manager Abigal, stated that "she would look into it". When I asked if I could be updated on the status of the investigation, she said that wasn't possible. RIDICULOUS!!

LOVE this Subway shop! Always clean and polished. Bread fresh and tasty. The toppings actually taste like the veg they are supposed to be! Being retired my husband and I eat here frequently. The staff is well trained and always friendly. The owners obviously take pride in their business and it shows! It is a pleasure to do business with this Subway! Thanks! Loving the 🐔!
