The lobby has been closed for quite some time due to a water break or leak and it smelled awful. The food takes an eternity to make and its half warm or half put together or half missing most of the time. Go to the one in Sycamore if you must choose a Wendy's.

Worst customer service I get every single time I come here, my order is never right, and constantly met with attitude through the drive thru! I could ask for a second when ordering and get asked the second after saying this I’m met with “what do you want.” Its just so frustrating and upsetting

Great spicy chicken sandwichThe service has gone downhill. 4 people in drive through abd it still took 20 minutes to get my food.A year latter. Tried it a few times to see if it was a fluke. Nope it's terrible. The one in sycamore is far better

delivery driver blew smoke in my face, i was given the wrong food, and the support line offered me $1.35 in compensation. this is embarrassing for any company. there is only 1 person at this location worth taking the time to talk to. theres another wendys 3 mins away GO TO THAT ONE

Fuck this wendys. i had quit over a year ago and i just came back the first time since i quit and got told by the manager MAKALA RAE that i was banned in front of everyone. i find this very embarrassing and disrespectful!! now what was i banned for? i don't know? they didn't give me a explanation and the general manager FRANCISCA BARRANCO didn't say anything to me. she just stood there like the racists latina she is. the food was trash but took 20 minutes for me to get. there have been so many bad reviews about this wendy's so i think it's time for those to managers to get fired or shut the wendys down!!
