Went for ice cream at 6 pm and the lobby was closed. They said drive thru open so we drove through and they told us they were closing the whole store because the worker was tired. Did not acknowledge the wrong information that was provided.

Not bad, but not great either. Service was normal, but delayed. I waited about 8-10 minutes before a male employee took my ice cream order. There was only one employee before a second arrived and helped me; this might be due to the pandemic and staffing issues.The first, female employee didnt greet me, or tell me to wait, so theres that. She was busy doing drive through orders so I cant expect her to help right away, but I think thats also how they operate.Anyway, pretty normal buisness, just needs more employees.3/5

I love love the Cappuccino Blast from there, unfortunately it comes with whip cream & I don't like whip cream in my drinks so I get cinnamon (which comes with it) & substitute the whip cream for cherries. It be nice if they didn't charge me 79¢ for a cherry.

Hello. I went to Dunkin Donuts for a coffee and to study for my degree. I got my order, however, the customer service was terrible. The person at the register was extremely rude. He was rarely behind the register, he was sitting down and on his phone, for most of the time that I was there. He even got up and went outside and was standing outside of the restaurant on his phone. There were no other employees in the restaurant. After he came back inside, he left again to go out to his car. He then was putting stuff in his trunk. (Note: He was still on his phone.) Later, when I asked to go to the bathroom, he said, "The women's is locked. Just use the men's." I was horrified and disgusted. Later, when another customer came in and asked for a beverage, he said that they didn't have it when it was clearly on the menu. Laziness...Who knows?

I came here thinking I could cool my previously burnt by hot chocolate, tongue with some nice ice cream. Unfortunately I probably picked to 3 worst possible flavors and my tongue feels even more burnt now. I thought I would try their specialty daiquiri Ice, lime ice with rum flavoring but it tasted liked someone froze hand sanitizer. For the second flavor I thought world class chocolate should be good. I mean it's called world class, well it was garbage. It had the same denseness as melted crayons and was 90% vanilla. I don't know if it was just put out or if it was supposed to be that way. The last flavor I tried was pistachio and almonds and I thought there's no way pistachio ice cream could be bad well it was. I don't know where they got their pistachios from but the ice cream tasted like they were at least a couple decades old before they were made into ice cream. The almonds in the ice cream were also all soft and mushy making it even worse. Basically my worst experience possible probably I recommend you should always taste test before you try a new flavor cause I completely regret my decisions. Also the bathroom was completely dirty and covered with piss where the seat is. Although that's probably some random dudes fault, it doesn't improve the impression I had on the experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.We tried this place 6 different times, because it was close to our condo.Nice kids working there but the price you pay for ice cream and what you get are two different things.You barely get 2 scoops of ice cream in a banana split .They make Baskin-Robbins look shameful.They always run out of stuff,this place is a big joke!!

Where is the zero star option here ?! They don't even deserve one star !! They closed During working hours and had a meeting, I knocked on the door and they clearly seen me and ignored. Very rude. The sign says that drive thru is working and I went there and it was closed ! What a disappointment.

If you're a glutton for punishment, and want to pull your hair out, go here. A simple order can become the most complicated thing you've ever witnessed in your life. Although the people behind the register may nod and smile, they haven't a clue as to what you're saying. Order at your own risk, and step back and watch the dance begin....
