Baskin-Robbins has always been my favorite ice cream shop. We don't have one in Flint, Michigan. So when we went to Chicago, we made sure we went there and ate their delicious ice cream

HORRIBLE, believe the reviews. I sent my fiancé in to pickup 1 iced caramel macchiato with extra milk. First she forgot to make it iced, then added ice, so my first sip was lukewarm. She then forgot whipped cream and extra milk. Guys he was the only customer in there... she forgot the entire 1 drink order. My fiancé went back in to get more milk and they didn't want to give it to him! She wanted him to pay for it lol. Needless to say he did not have a good experience and the drink tasted like garbage.

I have been continually disappointed by this location. Tonight was the last straw. We walked in at 930p to get ice cream cones. We we're the only people in the store and were told that since only one person was working the Baskin Robbins side closed at 9p. Store hours on the door indicate the entire store closes at 10p. Again, we we're the only ones there. How hard is it to scoop ice cream? I will not be going back to this location.
Got their jelly donut as well as munchkins ,no jelly to speak of at all. Munchkins like a rock.Stopped going here along time ago due to the crew who could care less if your order is right or wrong.Stay away from this D/D

I stop in almost every morning on the way to work for coffee and wake up wraps or something similar to eat. The staff works extremely fast to get the morning rush crowd in and out fast. Always friendly and never a wrong order. Love this Dunk in Donuts.

Side of finger bandage included with every iced coffee...and they don't even care to fix. Customer service and management of this location could be improved just a little bit to say the least.

old ice cream. Owner doesn't care. Unfortunately, on December 23, 2017 I bought a prepack pint of york peppermint ice cream with an expiration date of july 2107. If the owner cared they would have an inventory control to prevent this. But the owner doesn't care, he allows old ice cream to be sold in his store.. If the owner cared about customer service they would have refunded me my purchase price. But the owner doesn't care, he refused a cash refund but instead offered me another pint of ice cream (yuck). For $7, that is what it would have cost you to keep a customer baskin robbins.

This location is awesome and their level of customer service is one of the highest qualities. Whenever I stop there, I always get a warm welcome and prepare exactly what I ask for and it makes me very satisfied with their service. This place has plenty of parking space and provides the finest service!
