Worst BK I ever eaten from. I ordered 8 pieces nuggets ( didn't have spicy) was very thin and hard. Maybe 3 was eatable. Onion rings was barely cook( was very soft) and something new Canadian bacon whopper..The bacon was super sweet and was pile in the middle of the like a hill of crumbs..
Can never get anything right order delivery and they forgot my drink . Not the first time it happens once they forgot my fries and I had to drive there for them after I had asked to get them delivered the first time . ????????

My father ordered a Royal Crispy Rap from this burger King in the drive thru. He decided to also buy a coupon book for $1.00. He wanted to use two of his coupons. One for a free coke and one for a free vanilla ice cream. A new female cashier appeared and asked us what did we order when cleary it was on the board. After that she told us we can't use two coupons and then she asked which one we wanted to use. My dad politely asked If he could use the vanilla one. After that she complained that we needed to order something and that we has to provide the "code" before ordering. After that she yelled "JUST READ IT" at my dad and slammed the window in my dad's face. She needs to learn some manners and some respect!

I love me some Burger King so when we flew into Chicago I wanted some and this is the cleanest BK I've ever steppped foot into. Food was good, hot , & service was AWESOME. Good Job crew

Ordered an Original Chicken Sandwhich through drive thru. I checked the bag and saw they gave me a Whopper instead. I have no idea how they managed to mess that up. They also didn't hand me a receipt and I was already back at work so I didn't even bother going back.
I would like to address my recent experience at the Burger King drive-thru located at 1242 Lee st, on Des Plaines, Illinois today, between 11:45 and 12:00 pm. During my visit, I placed an order but realized that I needed to customize my sandwich. As I approached the window to make these modifications, I encountered an instance of discourteous behavior from one of the employees, who happened to be of Hispanic descent. This individual informed me that my order had already been prepared and declined to assist me further.I was genuinely taken aback by the employee's lack of professionalism and decided to drive away without accepting the order. Regrettably, this unsatisfactory encounter resulted in the abrupt end of my lunch plans and ultimately left me without a meal for the day. It is disheartening to note that Burger King's well-known slogan, "Have it your way," does not seem to align with the experience I encountered today.I believe it is important to bring attention to this incident, as it reflects negatively on the overall customer service and brand image of Burger King. I hope that this matter can be addressed and resolved appropriately, ensuring that future customers receive the quality service they deserve.

They aways forget to put slat on my fries or in the bag so I can smh I don't get it and they forget my ketchup that I ask for twice .
