Terrible service I went today I ordered a chicharron prepared with ham and I literally bathed the chicharron with sauce, it was more sauce than anything, the chicharron was inedible and the Venezuelan girl always serves you reluctantly with faces, it's always the same with

Was being helped by BLANCA kindly asked her to change her gloves because we had an allergen and responded that we should've told her BEFORE! Keep in mind we did ask for second order of the same thing!Went around and again did not change her gloves! Things like this should be taken very very serious she clearly did not care!

I was chocked of customer service here .me and my family regular customers here I gave tips often today I asked for empty cup they charged me 50cents for it .that’s not good.

Only gave 4 stars just because they have no photos on their website showing products, which can be hard for new customers who are trying to order. Other than that, they are great! And everything tastes so good!
This place is trash, idk why I come here thinking they might’ve changed their ways but clearly not… elotes are basically water in a cup with watered down butter and mayo, you would think they could take the time do drain it. I drained it myself in the trash also cause they wanted to charge 60 cents for a cup…. And they suck at putting any cheese on it too. I thought it was just this spot but I’ve been to plenty different locations and they all suck at making them. Get better guys seriously. If I could give this place and all others zero stars, I would. Oh and to add, all workers were in the back just chatting hanging out while there was a line of people waiting. So keep it up guys, you’re doing great work.

I love Michoaccana in general and that's my go to place when I am craving for ice cream (Paleta is my fav). I've been to many locations in the surrounding area and didn't have any issues except for the service in this place. I'd give 5 star for the food but service, I am not sure why but the lady who helped with our order didn't seem to be pleased with our presence in our store and I have no clue why. She gave cold answers and at the end she left our package somewhere on the counter near by(you'd usually expect it to be handed over once the billing is made) and I had to go get it from distance after paying the bill. I don't know if I want to go to this particular store again.

I am a usual customer after today I will no longer come to this location . My receipt shows we came in and purchased 6 paletas one of which I had a coupon for a free one never got that ! Then my son and I sat down we where in the store eating and my ice creams started melting I asked the girl to put them in the freezer she misunderstood me put them I believe in the trash and when I asked for them back she told me next time if you walk out the store you can’t get new ones ? I never walked out the store I sat in the store and ate my ice cream with my son I asked for them to keep it in the freezer so they wouldn’t further melt unfortunately the lady who took care of us didn’t speak English I tried to explain to the other young lady who spoke English what had happened and she just grabbed my bag without asking me anything ? Very poor customer service !it really matters who you have managing your business ! The girl who refused to give me back my ice cream name was Jesse ! Different staff gives you different service it seems.
