I consistently enjoy my visits to this McDonald's, thanks to the exceptionally friendly and kind drive-thru attendant named Noor. His excellent customer service always brightens my experience. While the physical appearance of the manager may not be as inviting, the warmth and kindness displayed by the dedicated workers like Noor make this McDonald's a standout and enjoyable place to dine.

A recently renovated Mickey D's, I had come here this past summer to try out the limited time Grimace shake - the staff here were friendly and efficient, and the place was well-maintained. All the tables and chairs were clean, which was a total plus!Getting out can be a little tricky, as it's right off of Elmhurst and Golf, but there's plenty of parking in the plaza.+clean and recently renovated McDonald's+plenty of parking

The food tastes good, but often the order is wrong. Today when I got to work and opened the bag, there was no butter and no syrup for my pancakes. So breakfast was dry pancakes. Sometimes they will include a packet of jelly, but that was left out also. Ugh.
Probably my favorite mcdonalds franchise right now, the staff are always nice and it's always fast and clean.

My experience was horrible I feel violated when they told me I had to do a drug test without telling me and the guy behind me did not I feel some type of way with these people they don't answer none of my phone calls and they lie when I tell him to call me back they lie for one week straight and they never call me back after I left a voicemail saying that if you could call me Tuesday when you're open no respond back I will be reporting them soon. So be careful when you go there they will not tell you they're going to drug test you and maybe you will be the only one out of everybody there why is that.

terrible staff. they are always unhappy that you come and order something from them, even though it’s their job. girls at drive-thru always raise their voices at you and act as if their parents never taught them manners in their lives. when you ask them to talk to the manager, they say that the manager is not working today, what is literally not possible at all.
