I asked for a specific type of bread and I was given something else -this is not the first time usually the manager in charges so making amends but today did not not have time .The soup was wrong order unless Mexican corn chowder is made with broccoli! $11 for a small cup of soup and a bread. Next to my bread was laying the freshly printed receipt which is toxic!

What happened ? The lady at the cashier asked me to use the microwave to heat up my coffee ! No regular or light coffee served in the counter. Only have dark coffee and hazelnut flavored coffee served at the counter. The dark coffee pot was almost empty. It is not hot, luke warm and the worst part is .... it is watery, no coffee bean taste at all. I was about to ask if she can brew some hot coffee... but she responded to my question so fast, so quick .... I said the coffee is not hot ... "you can use the microwave to heat it up" . Do you drive all the way to Panera Bread store to microwave your luke warm watery coffee ? It is 5:22pm and Chicago is 28 degree wind chill outside. The wind is blowing. Where is the hot coffee ? Luke warm, water down coffee ? ...and use the microwave ?!

They serve the food warm and it really taste good,the workers are friendly it happens to us 2x we need help in kiosk in just a second somebody will help you and it will not wait you long when you order !!! When it atmosphere it's really clean and organized!!!

This is the worse Panera 2 times in the last 2 times I ordered and both my sandwiches had no meat one was suppose to be turkey and one chicken both sandwiches had lettuce tomatoe onion how about no meat whatsoever not just once they gorgot 2 times in one week ., they said they where sending something to me never got anything and it happened again . No one ever answers the phone this is place is the worse ., poor customer service .. and no one now’s what’s going on .. I want my 30 bucks back that I spent I will never go here again !!!!!!!

How can you be out of bagels at 10:45 am? The shelves are bare. I will not be coming back to this location agsin.
They give you a buzzer that doesn't work, your food will sit on the counter forever if you don't go up there yourself, and check of its ready. Also, on the menue avocado chipotle chicken sandwich on French bread but they give serve it on focaccia bread. Too much bread with very little stuffing.

No more amazing Panera! So dirty, food on the floor and on the tables. You have to clean your own table to eat here. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Food ok!
