I brought the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies the first time they were awesome, went back they were hard as a rock. I called spoke to management about it there is nothing that they can do.Check your food before you leave.

I was in there for like a few minutes to order my food and there were things that didn't sit well with me. First the guy who was making my sandwich I can't tell if he washed his hands before making my sandwich. I did see him throwing away garbage before I entered the restaurant and he did follow behind me a soon after he threw the garbage. I just saw him put on gloves to make my sandwich. Hard to say if he did wash his hands or not. However, the thing that bothered me more is how as I was waiting for my sandwich to be made I did rest my arms crossed on the counter and I'm guessing the manager on duty called me over right away to pay for my meal. Now this alone wouldn't be a big deal, but I noticed that the customer after me did the same and she didn't say anything to her. I got the impression that the manager was being either racist (I'm Hispanic) or she didn't want me there in particular. To make it short I left feeling terrible.

The customer service at this location is beyond words. They are ALWAYS friendly and on top of things. The app was holding a BOGO promotion and was having issues when I was placing my order. I came into the store and they gave me a free entrée coupon for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this location as I am always happy with the taste and quality of my food, as well as the service and people who work here.

The food is really good, the only thing is that there isn't a lot of topping options. As a vegetarian, having a variety of toppings is preferred, but not that many options. Over the sandwiches are good and the service is great, as well.

I ordered delivery for a sandwich & mac and cheese through the app. I was not informed that they ran out of mac and cheese until my order was delivered with a note in my bag. They never removed the mac and cheese from my bill either. This is not right, they could’ve contacted me to tell me that they don’t have anymore and asked if I maybe would like something else. I understand I ordered fairly late but this is still not right.

We stopped in here because we were super hungry from our road trip into Chicago/Rosemont and it was across the street from our hotel. We attempted to drive, however the parking situation here leaves a lot to be desired. There were zero spots left anywhere in the lot, or around the side of the building. So, we went back to the hotel, and walked over. Inside, it's a pretty standard sandwich shop. Order what you want, while they make it, check out and sit down. It wasn't super busy so there was plenty of seating. Sandwiches are pretty standard as well. We both had the chicken club, as well as a lemon cheesecake cookie for dessert. The cookie was pretty great! It was decent. Nothing super great or super bad to note. A good place for a quick bite!

First time in 12 years maybe longer. My sandwich was phenomenal as well as my chicken potpie soup. Staff was friendly, food was prepared very quickly. $11 for soup and a sub is a great price for the food I received. Highly recommend.

Really great sandwiches, we both got the Wreck on wheat. Loved them. They were so packed with meat and toppings, I took half home. I highly recommend the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. soft and gooey, really a special cookie?.

Very creepy & weird employees made me feel very uncomfortable. Pb’s normally has a good rep for great food but if the staff sucks then. It’s just a bad and unjoyable experience in general! Yuk!

Potbelly Restaurant – Mannheim Rd., Des Plaines, ILAs NYers visiting Illinois a couple of months ago, my husband and I wanted to experience something new. We saw a sign for Potbelly and decided to give it a try. Ms. Emily did not disappoint! She customized our tuna sandwich exactly as we had requested even though the slight customization wasn’t on their menu. This sandwich was truly one of the best that we had ever eaten anywhere. Thank you again Ms. Emily – your smile and culinary skills are memorable!

The girl who made my Sammie yesterday skimped me on mayo. Shrewd of you. I got like one lil dot of mayo and she was like that'll suffice. That ain't how that work like what am I supposed to do with a dollop of mayo? It's like she's getting ready to ration portions for imminent dubya dubya 3. I paid like 9 bucks for that Sammie, ya gotta get that mayo on there girl. I was the only person there like 4 of yall, not like yall struggling, not like your manager forgot to get mayo on this week's order. Ya can't skimp out on the mayo, it's like playing w my emotions
