This Starbucks, in a very busy location in Des Plaines was a great place to grab a quick breakfast with my daughter. While the staff were very very busy, they still were friendly and accommodating to everybody. This location has extremely limited seating, probably only six tables, but during the warmer months they also have outdoor seating.

Specifically asked for light ice on my venti drink and I get extra ice… and I asked for sriracha packets and they somehow forgot to include it. How do you expect to get paid more when you can’t even do a simple task.I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous

Giving this Starbucks a 1 out of 5. They did not follow my customizatuon, and the customer service? Not great at all.The store itself is small, and good luck finding a place to sit!! Barely anywhere to seat.Honestly, not vibing with the place, won't be making a return visit.

I ordered a large hot coffee that was good nice and hot I also ordered the spinach wrap with eggs and pesto too much pesto I mean they laid it on I didn't like it and I also ordered an egg white sandwich being was real spongy the English muffin was dry cold I wasn't impressed with those two sandwiches I heard the other ones that are not so healthy a little bit better I'll try them next time cuz I go for the coffee mainly that's very good always.

Don’t bother coming in to order your drink to avoid the long drive thru lines. It takes SO MUCH time to go in and wait for the baristas to make all the online/app and drive thru orders before they get the in store drinks. Nice enough staff just a really annoying system they have address the increase of orders.

The staff needs some manners training. They are so loud talking to each other, throwing f bombs for all the customers to hear. Very unprofessional behaviors and distracting when you try to relax and get some work done. Definitely go somewhere else next time.

I was late for work today because the lady that took my order, and the lady also prepared it and left it sitting there for 7mins long. I had to wave my hand to her to remind her about my order. Once I got her attention, she said oh, I forgot about him, and asked her coworker to pass me me now semi warm coffee. No apology or anything.

To me if a business is allowing homeless people in, is not thoughtful enough to care about their clients. If you want to help homeless, go to a shelter and help them. Or simply help them in other way. Don't invite them inside of a coffee shop thinking its ok to do so. Its not. Clients come to enjoy their beverages in a clean welcoming environment. I don't want to be seating next to tons of medicine containers and looking at people sleeping under blankets with tons of their luggage standing next to them. Nothing against homeless. But against standards that this establishment is trying to enforce. I will not be using this location for any reasons. Food or beverage or even use the restroom that was dirty btw.

It's gotten very bad there. I love all the employees , they are very nice to me. The place has gone downhill. I smell their garbage in the parking lot. Many tiny bugs in there and going in my face. They can't hang fly paper?! Homeless people take up 2 of the comfy chairs with all of their crap. They leave for hrs and nobody can sit there. I think they've taken up residence there. I'm a good paying customer and will now go elsewhere.

What a nice ambiance here. The baristas are so friendly, saying thank you to every customer with such nice tones and smiles on their faces. I'll be back to this Starbucks!
