If i can zero stars i would give 0 stars.placed online order.i placed order with extra veggies.when i got the order there is nothing inside of the sandwich. Thats even after ordering extra. Unbelievable place.and people who work there. No napkins either.like im getting charity from them.

Online order of 2 footlong subs and both the footlongs were bare. We requested extra on every possible toping, and they gave so small portions of ant veggies and meats. Some of the veggies requested were completely ignored while also not providing any napkins for any order of 2 footlongs. Horrable service and food. Order for a different local merchants

Tiniest subway sandwich I've ever had. I go to subway a few times a month, typically a location in Rosemont. Stopped by this one today and I'm convinced the bread is half the size. It was also more expensive. I paid almost $12 for this child size sub, chips, and a bottled drink.

I placed a mobile order my food was incorrect he said there is nothing he can do Soo now I'm stuck with the food that I want eat and having dispute thru my bank or an email...he didn't even ask why was wrong with the sandwiches or if he can add anything to them cheese and condiments would of been fine but they was racist with nasty attitude and could use some business etiquettes

They have the radio system cranked at 10 and you can’t hear the person making the food. It’s so loud you can hear the music from the parking lot. Didn’t know I was walking into a night

Horrible customer service. I was coming in as an Uber driver. I waited patiently and when he asked what I would like to eat I told the guy that I am here for a pick up. He started going off about how busy it was and gave me attitude. I said if I have to wait I can but that's all you need to say not all this extra stuff. At the end I didn't not try the food and I will not try It. Very small place and not much seating.

Use to love coming here for lunch even went as far as recommended this location to others and bought lunches for friends an family from here . Never again. The lady got into a fight with a young man apparently stealing lemonade instead of the free water . The man worked came over and screamed at the young man and slammed his hand on the drink despenser and told him to leave and they completely neglected me and my order forgot my lettuce and other things and said now you have to wait . So I said no Thankyou and left my sub,
