Food was amazing. Probably the best wings I’ve had in a fast food restaurant. Establishment is very clean but most of all what I liked was how polite an incredible the staff was. Big thanks to Wasi and Mirza for been phenomenal and making me want to return. They are incredibly nice. Employees like this is reason why a businesses is successful. I hope the owner will acknowledge them. Ok

Open 7 days a week and midnight, right? Why is the door locked at 8:48pm and the employees just looked at me when I tried to walk in?

I waited almost 10 minutes to get acknowledged to pick up an online order. Once we opened the containers, talk about disappointing. We ordered 30 pieces and about half of the chicken was so small there was barely any meat on the chicken. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to find another wing stop in the area.

I use an app to order takeout from Wingstop. I have to say they were efficient; the food was ready in 10-15 minutes and I was impressed with how they packed my meal.I ordered the 10-piece combo meal. It offers a solid mixture of drums and flats. The wings are of reasonable size. I think they overcooked it because it was slightly dry.I tried their new maple sriracha sauce, which has a strong maple scent but no sriracha flavor. It has a pleasant heat to it. The sauce is ok compared to garlic parmesan. The wings were not coated in sauce at all. There is no garlic flavor that I can discern.Their hand cut fries were okay; they were crispy and sweet, so I figured they were seasoned with sugar. I think it's unique since it's both sweet and salty. In addition, I had a triple chocolate chunk brownie. I can't possibly finish my meal without dessert. The brownie was manufactured, so it was chilled, yet it still had nice moisture texture. It's a lovely touch to include chocolate pieces; each bite has a nice crunch.

I wouldn't come to this Wingstop if I lived next door. I am all about convenience, I live about 7 minutes away from this Wingstop and would rather drive to the city of Chicago or literally anywhere else for better service. The service is just awful time and time again. You may be told 15 minutes until your order is ready but don't bother leaving your house for at least 30 minutes. Constantly saying the food will be ready and it will be out soon...instead you're just standing watching this disaster of a Wingstop attempt to function. If the wings are going to take 45 minutes, let the customers know. At this point, I could go to the store and home make my own wings faster. Oh! And don't even try ordering "extra seasoning" on anything. Your fries will actually come unseasoned and your lemon pepper wings will be floating in a pool of oil. Last time I checked, seasoning was herbs and spices, not a literal tub of yellow liquid. In conclusion, if you're looking for a quick and easy dinner, it genuinely may be faster to walk to Wisconsin than come to this place.

Always taste great, it’s just a bit longer than what the pickup time says it be.

Prospective Patrons,DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Wingstop #694 on Ellinwood Drive across the street from the Des Plaines Metra line is a health hazard staffed with unprofessional and rude young people. There is a direct line of sight from the lobby area into the kitchen. I observed a cook (with no gloves on) come from the back with a container and start tossing raw chicken into a basket to drop and fry. After closing the container the cook quickly rinsed their hands (no evidence of soap being used or movement/motion of washing) dried them down the front and side of their apron and walked over to the printer and began pulling receipts. Disgusted, I walked over to the register to request a refund. I made this request immediately after seeing the actions of the cook and prior to having my order completed and handed to me. However, Asim questioned me about my request before being visibly irritated and finally processing it.Aside from the actions of the cook, all of the staff were on and off their phones, a technician was standing on a ladder in the ceiling above a prep area being filled with prepared food, the lobby was filled with people waiting for food +15 minutes. I would like to clarify the technician was working on a technology issue not AC- (in case you reference the date of this review with the recent weather warnings) confirmed by his comments around modem, outage and reset - not coolant, fan and temperature. The disappointing part of this visit was a possible higher up (briefly arrived 5 minutes before my refund request) discussing the service request with the technician did nothing. The young woman did not acknowledge patrons waiting in the lobby or touch base with me about my refund.Best,
