..i ordered wings from this particular harold's more than a few times and every rip the chicken was fresh, hot and seasoned well..no complaints with the food, service or the price..
Order is always ready 15 or more minutes after stated. They finally tell you to park and someone will bring out your order.I asked for my fries to be fully cooked and not soft and mushy. But, I received soft mushy and smithy in mind sauce so you couldn’t really taste the food. I think when you specify an order or that you want your four food cooked all the way, they feel some type of way.I had a mind to return it but, I just won’t be back there for a long while or if ever.....

Food was great but I really want to talk about the presentation. I've been to Harold's before and I'm use to the wingz being everywhere. I don't have a problem with them being like that, but it's the small things that matter. Idk who y'all had in the kitchen that day but I just want to give y'all some recognition. I can tell when someone actually takes pride in their work, and it really showed.
