DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Child inside walks all over the front and back like it’s a daycare. Into the food and everything. Manager is a complete joke and could care less about customers. Complete scum ball establishment. Had us wait 1 hour and left with no food.

They let your order sit for 20 to 30 minutes before they deliver. Bad attitudes when you call to check on status. It shouldn't take an hour to make it from prep to delivery status. Who wants to pay these prices for pizza that's been sitting in a warmer for that long. Not to mention the soggy tots and dried out wings. I used to order all the time but I don't think I'll be ordering again

My family LOVES DOMINOES, however, after calling and them picking up the phone and hanging up 3 times, they finally answer and I am told to call back in 30 min. Absolutely unacceptable! Can’t order off app anymore bc they took away the option of paying upon pick up. (We don’t use our cards over the phone or on the internet) I was then told if I was one of those that won’t use my debit card on the internet I should come in and order. Sadly, we will just stick to Alfanos, who is our favorite anyway. Prolly better idea anyway bc this kind of service will definitely sink them and there will not be a dominos much longer

I have been having dominoes since 1997 and the first time I receive the worst pizza. It wasn’t made as advertised. Dominoes in Dixon used half of the quantity that requires by franchise. They refused to remake. The try to charge extra to correct it. I love dominoes pizza but never ever order again until they improve quality of food and customer service

Stopped by after work and bought a couple of pizzas they had a great deal on pizzas. I was the manager at Domino's in Sterling many many years ago. It amazed me all of the new choices that are now available. The employees were helpful and friendly. The pizzas were delicious and still warm when I got home. I live in Sterling so it's a 15-minute drive. This was the first time in decades that I have had Domino's. Definitely will be back.

I owe you all a huge apology. My delivery app was giving me an error message after I ordered. I became frustrated and marched off to the store itself. I picked up my order after the driver, "Eric" met me at the store. This is not Eric's fault in no way, shape, or form. It turns out that this app was using a phone number from many years ago. I hope the system is updated so this won't happen again. Thank you Domino's for your patience, time, and understanding. If any good came from this; I did get some much needed exercise walking from the Road Ranger truck stop to the Domino's in Dixon, IL. Have a beautiful day. ???

The staff here was amazing! Was sent to pick up a pizza that was placed for the wrong day. They were super helpful and accommodating and got me a fresh pizza going and out of there and less then 15 minutes.
