I have nothing against this place but i definitely don't recommend going at night... the staff that helped us unfortunately weren't very friendly ? and when we went to the window for our food they just handed it to us and said nothing... we asked for two of the same thing and only got one so i ended up just not eating... I didn't wanna go back haha it was very uncomfortable.

I love the sandwich and the kickn ranch i get it has become my monday lunch routine, but WHYYYYYYYY did u stop selling the bread loaf i LOVED the fresh bread i always ordered it w every order i am SUPERRRR sad .......pleaseeeee bring it back!

The food is good only when they get my order correct. Everytime I freaking order from this place I specifically say”JUST turkey,cheese, and bacon” because I am allergic to everything else. I need better service because seeing my friends eat without me makes me hungry, then I have to wait another long minute for my food to arrive for the second time. I would also like your delivery employees to carry a good amount of cash so they can pay me back the exact amount, I’m not rich I need my exact money back. Not 4 dollars off. Thank you.

Cant read basic directions correctly. Asked for a hunters club and a counrty club with specific toppings and they put the hunters club toppings on the country and vice versa. Everytime i order more than 1 sandwich they are messed up.. very unhappy...

Like other people, I like Jimmy Johns sandwiches - the Hunters Club in particular, but it's so large, I went for a Vito (#5) with peppers instead.The bread was fresh, and the sandwich was well-made. The Dr. Pepper from the fountain was really good.For parking, there are spots right in front, but the distance from the street to the spots makings getting out....interesting. Instead, go to the right, circle around the building, and park on the left side of building (diagonal parking) so it's less fun to get out.Subs so fast you freak - I was the 4th order in, and had a total wait time of around 4 minutes.

We stopped here to grab the chicken caesar wrap we get to the window got told they didn't have the meat unfrozen then told us to drive around again to reorder something else we get home to find out the order was messed up....not very pleased with the customer service or that we receiving the wrong order.

In an age where service is horrible and concern regarding it is at a minimum, I would like to thank the young man at the drive up today for his courtesy and professionalism. I will definitely be back because of him!!!!!

I went to Jimmy Johns on my lunch break, I was the only one in the drive thru ( no one ahead of me). I waited at the speaker to for about 45 to 50 seconds. Thinking maybe the speaker wasn't working I drove up to the window. I could see and hear people inside so I honked my horn, getting no response I honked again and again and again at least 6 times and for longer intervals each time. Being ignored made me angry so I drove to another fast food place and got excellent service. I love Jimmy Johns but it may be a while before I return. Very disappointed.
