From pulling up to the drive thru order menu to the actual window, Dave made our day! My daughter and I were having a terrible morning until he started talking to us and we just kept laughing. #
Went through the drive thru and ordered a pink drink. I was smoking in my car and the guy yells about smoking by the window. Mind you, cigarette almost finish, in my right hand, not the window hand and proceeds to tell me to go F myself after I tell him that I willDo whatever I want in my car. I called Management after the incident. Both said he was in the right to tell me that I was wrong. Again, I asked them, do you k ow what your employee said to me? Neither one cared. Happened on 1/11/2024 at 2:20. I will be taking this to corporate. So much for the younger generation of public service. God help you and us all.

Waited ten minutes to get drinks. What? One car at screen/menu. No cars in front, but by the time I was asked to place an order, there were five cars behind me. This is a Starbucks. Woman who took my order was then very rude. Then same woman at window was rude. I’m one to leave a review where it’s deserved good or bad. This was bad.

Over 20 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me and there is no way to leave once you're in there you're stuck. I was late to an appt. Coffee shouldn't take lore than 5-7 minutes.

This Starbucks should do a better job ensuring they are not grossly understaffed. People who decide to get out of their car and come inside should be greeted with a warm hello and a smile , especially when they are paying $5 for a simple cup of coffee or $8 for a handcrafted beverage.There were at least 10 people waiting inside, as the 3 staff working at 4pm Fri afternoon were mainly focused on the drive through.Coffee machine had to be out of balance. The Christmas blind roast coffee tasted bitter and burnt , even after they remade it. A $5 cup of coffee should always taste good.Bathroom was more filthy than an average truck stop. Disgusting.If Starbucks is so focused on making a buck, but continuously rising their prices yet dropping the staff , they should just reserve to drive through only. Can’t wait to see how many people will keep spending $8 on a cup of latte.

The staff is always friendly and fairly quick. I try to use the app to order on my way to work so I can just grab and go, if I go through Dixon on my way to work that day. If I use the app the always have it ready in less than 10 minutes! I think in general SB is super expensive for what you get, but we all pay it...so...I like their breakfast sandwiches & my 8 year old loves their cake pops. If we have time to stop on our way to church on Sundays we will stop and get him a cake pop and me a coffee. ?I feel the service has gotten better throughout the months. I do want to point out the last few times I have ordered (in person or through the app) my drinks have been pretty "warm", not hot. I noticed they aren't putting the plastic things in the lids, also.Parking: Ya just park in a normal parking lot
